The Space:
Sitting high on the bluff with front-row views over Spring Beach, this standout property nails the brief for laidback coastal luxury. With direct access to the shoreline and sweeping ocean views from almost every angle, it delivers the kind of lifestyle that you can only hope for whilst on holidays.
Facing north and designed to maximise light and views, the layout is made for easy holiday living. Mornings start with sunshine and sea air, and long lunches stretch out on the expansive front deckâpartially covered and perfectly positioned to soak up the coastline.
Inside, the open-plan living space feels connected and relaxed, with a natural flow between the kitchen, dining, and lounge. The kitchen itself is both bold and practicalâfeaturing high end appliances, a statement island bench, custom joinery, and punchy styling.

For beach days, youâre spoilt for choice. Spring Beach and nearby Stapletonâs are ideal for swimming, while East Shelley Beach is a good go-to when the breeze picks up. For something quieter, Rheban Beach is just a 15-minute drive away.
If hikingâs more your pace, the Three Thumbs Track offers incredible views over Orford, Spring Bay and Maria Island. The 4km loop takes about two hours and winds through dry eucalypt forest and pockets of temperate rainforest.
