Vista Pointe Estate is nestled on one of Lake Annaâs most coveted point lotsâboasting panoramic main-lake views and direct water access just steps from the back door. Located on the public side near the heart of the lake, this gated luxury retreat offers the perfect balance of privacy and proximity. Wineries, marinas, dining, hiking trails, and local attractions are all just minutes away. With 270° of shoreline and unmatched views, Vista Pointe delivers the best of Lake Anna living in every direction.
Getting Around:
Conveniently located off Stubbs Bridge Road, Vista Pointe Estate sits at the end of a quiet drive with a private gated entrance and circular parking area. The estate is easy to access by car and offers free on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles. The driveway and surrounding areas are paved and levelâideal for large families or multi-car groups. Please note: No street parking or driving on grass is permitted.
We ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, and to help preserve the peaceful setting we share with our lakefront neighbors.

Please note: We try to keep the heated pool open as long as possible but when air temperatures get below 50 degrees, the pool is unable to maintain swimmable temperatures. The pool should be available for use starting Memorial Day through October 1. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees during this time. We hope the large covered Hot Tub helps fill the gaps through the cooler months!
**Additional Information:**
- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Street Parking, No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- Zero wake within 50 feet of the shore/docks.
- 28 Guests Maximum.
- 16 Adults Maximum without specific prior approval.
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
 - $50 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
Interaction with Guests:
We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
