Urban neighborhood so there's occasional noise from cars, dogs, pedestrians. Downtown is also undergoing revitalization so you’ll see some homes are older/rundown while others are newer/freshly renovated.

While we love Downtown Spokane’s history, character, walkability and feel perfectly safe here, we understand it may not be the best fit for everyone.

You'll have access to the whole Unit A, except a locked supplies closet. Please, make yourself at home.
