Urban neighborhood so there's occasional noise from cars, dogs, pedestrians. Downtown is also undergoing revitalization so you’ll see some homes are older/rundown while others are newer/freshly renovated.

While we love Downtown Spokane’s history, character, walkability and feel perfectly safe here, we understand it may not be the best fit for everyone. That said, it is your responsibility to research the area enough to know before your arrival. If you arrive and decide you don't like the area for whatever reason, you can cancel, but you will pay full price for it. We will not entertain last minute cancellations for your lack of preparation.

You'll have access to the whole Unit A, except a locked supplies closet. Please, make yourself at home.

Many of the things you will want to see, do, and visit are within walking distance themselves. Of course, for farther trips there are several bus stops within walking distance and you can always Uber or Lyft. Also, we have free parking on the pad behind the unit so you can drive yourself, too.
