Summary:

Our Airbnb home is the perfect destination for large families and groups. With 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 19 guests. The home features a ping pong table and foosball table, as well as two spacious living areas for relaxation and entertainment. The fully furnished kitchen and dining room provide ample space for cooking and dining together. The peaceful backyard offers a perfect place to relax and unwind.



Guest Access:

Guests have Access to the Entire Home and Private Backyard. Ample parking in the garage, driveway, and street.



Getting Around:

- 12 minutes to Whitworth University

- 20 minutes to Spokane Arena & The Podium

- 24 minutes to Downtown Spokane - Drinks, Food, Shopping & More.

- 27 minutes to Spokane International Airport

- 1 hour 15 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park

Whenever we visit Spokane, we will definitely stay here again. This home is exactly as described, clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as common areas where we could hang out when we wanted.Jeff is a great communicator and quick to respond. When he found out we would be checking in after dark, he made sure to leave some lights on so we would easily find the house and have it well lit when we entered the home. He even put up a Christmas tree to make us feel at home and welcomed.The house is close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. and the neighborhood is very quiet. We will be back soon!!

Amazing house. Lots of room. It can handle a lot of people at one time. The pool table is not in great shape, but the kids didn't care. The kitchen area is huge and well shaped. We had a blast doing taco fiestas on two different nights. 4 of us adults were able to work in there at the same time.I recommend.

This house was amazing! Me and my 2 best friends plus all of our kids stayed here and the house was WAY bigger than we expected and slept all 8 of our kids perfectly! Each kid had a bed along with us adults. Loved the play room downstairs, so perfect. Neighborhood was great and nice to be away from the sketchiness of Spokane haha. Also because we had so many kids, we were running late on check out a bit but they were super chill about it. My ONLY complaint was that the house was pretty warm and wouldn’t get cool, but they did provide fans which helped!

Great for large group with kids

Easy check in and out. Great location. Basement was huge and perfect for kids to have space to play. Only issue was the fire alarm kept going off mid day, but manager was quick to respond. The fire alarm was hard wired. We checked everything and there was no concern for a gas leak or any danger to us, but issue didn’t resolve during our stay.

Family Christmas

It was a wonderful stay. The house was perfect. Enough room for all of us and plenty of towels. The kitchen was perfect and the games downstairs were fun for our teenagers. We appreciated the house being decorated for Christmas. It made it perfect for our family celebration. We will definitely be coming back to rent this home.

Golf Outing

Convenient to local golf courses. Clean. Older plumbing was evident when taking a shower in the Master bath and someone flushed somewhere else in the house. Went from pleasant to scalding hot to freezing cold, within 20 seconds of each other. It was our second stay.

Nice big beds, good layout for adults & kids!

Our girls wrestling team stayed there, perfect arrangement for adults to hang out upstairs and the athletes downstairs. The property was very clean, 5 star towel arrangement (we use a lot of towels and that is typically the problem we run into but no problems here).
