7. ACCESS TO HOUSE:
THIS HOME NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HANDICAPPED or mobility impaired persons.
FREE access to two (2) car GARAGE and LEVEL 2 EV charger (in garage) is complimentary.

8. PARKING:
Parking area is limited to a MAXIMUM OF FOUR (4) CARS.
House is located in an upscale residential neighborhood.
We have an agreement with our neighbors that there will be no parking allowed on street in front of their homes. All vehicles MUST be parked in our driveway.

9. There is ACCESS to GARAGE (not to the workshop).
A: Level-2 AV charger available.

10. OUR HOUSE is ideal for up to a maximum of 12 persons.
(guests staying plus visitors combined)
For example; if you have 10 persons staying then only 2 visitors may set foot on this property.

11. LAUNDRY ROOM:
There is a large laundry room that provides storage and full size Washer and Dryer.

Guests can enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5 bedroom, 3 bath Home.
Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom, private desk, walk-in closet and sitting area. Remaining 4 bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds (roll-away beds are kept in closets).
*Living room is fully furnished with comfortable recliner seating throughout.
*Large formal dining room comfortably seats 10.
*Breakfast nook located in the kitchen sits at least 6 persons.
*Free access and play to Owner's private collection of coin operated Arcade game machines, pinball, and Air Hockey (all machines are set to free play).

- EXTRA GUEST FEES
The base price is for 2 persons. FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST OVER TWO (2) PEOPLE THERE IS A $14 PER PERSON PER NIGHT FEE.
When submitting an inquiry, please include all information regarding overnight guests who are staying one (1) or more nights AND any visitors who may set foot on the property but are not staying the night.

* Per person charge includes normal extra cleaning costs. Prior to your arrival, we provide LINEN SERVICE. It is determined by the number of registered Guests in your party. Your registered guests determine the correct number of beds to be made-up with linens, sheets blankets and pillows. Additional towels are also provided based on the number of registered Guests in your party.

a. NO VAPING, SMOKING or PETS allowed in the house or anywhere on property.
NOTE: there is a $250 fine if you or anyone in your party smokes or brings a pet on this property.

b. You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. Otherwise, please contact us prior to making a reservation.

c. Before making a reservation please state in writing to us If there is a special event or group gathering function planned and if any additional visitors will be invited during your stay (defined as anyone who might set foot on this property but not staying the night).

*CHECK-IN time is 4:00PM.
*CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 AM no exceptions.

13. Overnight GUESTS and Visitors:
ADDITIONAL PERSONS POLICY: Some Guests have not been honest about the number of people in their party so I'd like to be very clear about this policy. I will always try to be as accommodating as possible so if you have a special request please ask. That said if you do not honestly state the number of people in your party it will result in a loss of your damage deposit and potential additional cleaning charges.
LINEN SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY FOR REGISTERED GUESTS.


POLICY & PAYMENTS

IMPORTANT
Only persons you’ve registered with us in advance are permitted on this property.
You must pre-register any persons with us who may set foot on this property during your stay.

a. If you check-in with more guests than what is on your reservation and the total number of guests does not exceed 12, you will be charged an extra fee of $100 per person per night over what is on your reservation. If you check-in with more than 12, your reservation will be terminated and we will keep the total cost of the reservation. Maximum occupancy per reservation is always 12 persons.

b. Once you check-in, you will not be able to add/invite more guests including visitors for the duration of your stay without prior written approval of management. If these terms are violated, we will terminate your reservation and keep your security deposit.

c. We do not provide housekeeping services after check-in. It is guest responsibility to stock up on amenities and groceries during your stay.

d. MAXIMUM aggregate occupancy for this home is 10 people.
(Number of overnight guests + visitors = 12 persons maximum/combined)
For example; if you have 7 persons staying then only 5 visitors may set foot on this property.

e. You're required to sign a short-term rental agreement and provide ID prior to arrival.

f. Parking for 4 cars maximum allowed.
