Great unit centrally located.

Very nice, clean and spacious unit. Had a slight problem with the electronic lock but one 3 minute phone call cleared it up quickly. They were very responsive and attentive.

Mostly Great

Really well kept nice building. Great location. The living room couch is really uncomfortable to sit on, as sleeper couches often are, and this one was so bad it really made the living room unusable for us. The a/c unit in the living room also seemed to have a mind of its’ own and would never shut off so it was cold. It was only occasionally cooperative. There was a drip coffee maker; I’ve gotten used to Kuerigs in most places and really like them, especially because I can buy more which isn’t the case with the drip pods. Didn’t have enough caffeinated coffee packages for the number of mornings we were there. Mostly small issues, but the living room furniture was really a problem.

You should explain that even though the TV remotes are all the same, each is unique to a certain TV, and to make sure to not get them mixed up. Maybe number them? Also-too cold all weekend, and there seemed to be nothing we could do to change it despite many attempts.

Clean “no frills” Spot

This is a clean place. Parking is a challenge and not convenient. Expect to pay $30 for overnight covered parking a block away. Parking in front of the building is very limited. Inside, the apartment is clean and modern. However, the Water pressure in the shower is poor. And if a neighbor turns on their washer, it vibrates the entire space. Overall, if you’re looking for clean and downtown- it’s an okay spot. Just don’t expect a lot of extras.

Perfect for family

Loved our stay here! After a long drive with 2 little kids the easy check in was extremely appreciated. Spacious, clean, great location next to Riverfront Park. Much preferred over just a single hotel room. Only thing not clear or that we missed on the listing was parking, but they warn you when they send check in info so we weren't blindsided when we arrived. Definitely recommend!

Great Location!

This building is within walking distance to Riverfront Park, and a lot of the downtown area. The property was extremely clean, and the amenities within the units were awesome! The dryer in our unit was a little finicky, and kept shutting off prior to the clothes being dry. The only real knock on this experience was the lack of parking on weekend evenings. I was traveling with a handicapped companion, and some dedicated parking for the building would have been awesome!
