L'appartement est situé dans une oasis de verdure à Split, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la vieille ville (palais de Dioclétien et promenade Riva).

L'appartement est situé sur la colline de Marjan dans un quartier résidentiel paisible et privé. Il est situé au deuxiÚme étage et dispose de deux chambres spacieuses et confortables: une chambre double et une chambre double ou lits jumeaux (selon vos préférences), salle de bains, cuisine et salle à manger. L'appartement dispose d'une sortie sur le balcon voisin donnant sur le pic Marjan, mais il n'est pas connecté à un appartement.

L'appartement dispose d'un parking dans le garage, ce qui est un avantage considérable pour les voyageurs en voiture.

La forĂȘt de Marjan est idĂ©ale pour les promenades, les pique-niques, l'escalade et offre de nombreuses plages et pistes de jogging ainsi que des courts de tennis. Mais pour nos hĂŽtes prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s, une vue panoramique incroyable sur la ville et les Ăźles voisines, de Vidilica, Ă  seulement 300 m de l'appartement

Prima Apartment in Wohngegend, nah am Park

Schon der Empfang durch Hajdi war sehr herzlich. Wir konnten sie wĂ€hrend der Woche in Split jederzeit erreichen und um Rat fragen. Die Wohnung ist prima gelegen: man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt, hat aber Abstand vom Touristen-Rummel. Der Stadtwald „Marjan“ auf der Halbinsel ist direkt nebenan und lĂ€dt zu ausgedehnten SpaziergĂ€ngen ein. Toll war die Garage fĂŒr den Mietwagen (keine Kratzer zu befĂŒrchten). Der Essplatz mit KĂŒchenecke ist zwar klein aber dafĂŒr praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt dort zwar kein Fenster, dafĂŒr aber einen sĂŒĂŸen Balkon auf der anderen Seite des Flurs. Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt (mit einem ZwölfjĂ€hrigen) in Split und können die Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen!

This property is perfect, parking in a garage and a very accommodating host.

Hadji, our host was great! She was there to let us in right away, showed us around and was there when we needed her. A very short walk to to center city were all the action is. (ie, restaurants, shops, and night life.) There is a garage where you can leave your car, cause you won't be needing it due to the proximity to everything. Without a problem she allowed us to leave our vehicle after checkout due to a late tour we had planned. This was my first booking of a such a property, and I didn't at all regret it.

great apartment, great host

My husband and I highly recommend this well-appointed apartment. It was spotless, with comfortable beds, excellent bathroom and shower, plenty of storage space, and private garage parking. Hajdi was extremely warm, helpful and responsive and provided excellent suggestions for local restaurants and sightseeing. The apartment is a short 5-10 minutes walk from the Old Town (uphill on the way back) and close to trails (and views) on Marjan Hill. We had a delightful stay. Thank you so muchy Hajdi!

Beautiful apartment, well situated, with parking

I stayed in this apartment with my mom for 4 nights, but it can easily accommodate 4 people. Hajdi was a perfect hostess, very helpful. She answered our questions and gave pertinent information and suggestions. She also adapted to our arrival schedule. The apartment is well equip and tastefully decorated, in the image of the hostess. The location was perfect, 10-12 minute walk from downtown Split, from restaurants and a supermarket. I highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect stay in a great location!

We loved this apartment and the location. The apartment was very clean and the space is decorated really nicely! Hajdi was helpful leading up to our stay and during. She had lots of great recommendations that we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location

Apartment was small, but very well equipped, and spotlessly clean! Hajdi was so very helpful, and always available if we needed her. And the location was really great - a beautiful spot on Marjan Hill, which means it was nice and quiet but still only a short walk from the old town. Hvala vam Hajdi!

Good location, about 10 min walk downhill to restaurants and the harbour. Apartment well equipped with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Nice private balcony although not accessible from inside property, across hallway. Hajdi was a great host providing information about the area. Only stayed for 1-week but should have stayed longer!

Property a little difficult to identify. Satnav took us close to apartment but no visible identity of address (eg. house no.) Very friendly owner found us!! 10 minute walk to centre of Split. Very convenient. Comfortable and clean.

Perfect Location

I can't find anything negative to say about the property. It's very centralized, short walk (5-10 mins) to the restaurants and bars, and another 10 to Old Town Split. The owner was very friendly, apartment was clean and spacious. The location itself is within distance to the board walk area, Old Town. I couldn't have asked for a better location and the price we got it for. Very accessible and convenient. I would highly recommend this property.

Steps into property did not have handrails and lacked adequate night time lighting. Also on the 2nd night of our stay downstairs hall bulb had fused and resulted in entering approach to staircase to our apartment on 2nd floor in darkness.

Pleasant comfortable flat in a good location.

The flat was quiet and immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable and Hajdi was extremely helpful, coming round when we messed up the induction hob and telling us the cheapest way to visit the nearby islands! It was a short downhill walk to the centre of town & the sea front, with plenty of restaurants, bars and monuments. There were several supermarkets within easy walking distance and the younger members of our party found Marjan hill an excellent place to run!
