The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building in a very quiet street. Due to its location, it is very practical, newly equipped this year and easy to use.
A charming fully renovated apartment located only 100 meters from the most popular beach of BaÄvice, 800 meters from Diocletian's Palace - the old part of the city, and 500 meters from the main bus station and ferry port. L&S Apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood without traffic noise.

The comfortable apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a couch that can be opened in size 160x200, a sunny balcony, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a fully equipped spacious kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a coffee machine and 2 air conditioners (one in the bedroom and the other in the living room).
The balcony is equipped for beautiful mornings in silence while the city wakes up and pleasant evenings with a glass of wine.
