You'll love to stay in this comfortable house in the nature, right next to the river.

It's air-conditioned, well equipped and located near village Zrnovnica, 8 km from Split.

You'll have exclusive access to the house and large 300 m2 fenced garden with outside fireplace, table and chairs, parasol and outside shower.

It's ideal for a quiet family, couples or friends vacation where you can fully enjoy the nature and can still quickly arrive to the Split city or small coastal towns like Stobrec and Podstrana with lots of beaches, all within 10 min drive.

You can use ground floor of the house that consists of a living room, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

First floor is not finished and is not used by anyone, therefore you'll have the whole house with the garden for rent just for yourself.

There's a shaded patio in front of the entrance so you can choose whether to use table and chairs right next to the river or next to the entrance of the house.

Spacious living room has an air-condition unit, LCD TV with satellite channels and cozy sofa sleeping two people.

Kitchen is well equipped with oven, stove, big fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlery etc. allowing you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bedroom has one comfortable double bed.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

We'll also provide you speed Wi-Fi internet, fresh linen, towels, iron and ironing board.

Baby cot can be arranged for free, please ask in advance.

All this makes this house an ideal choice as your base from where you can experience a great vacation in Croatia.

**** House rules:

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you can smoke in the garden.

Pets are surcharged 10 EUR/pet/night.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have exclusive access to the house and the garden.

We'll provide you a free parking spot 1 min walking from the house.


**** The Neighbourhood:

This is truly an awesome location right next to the river!

House has just one neighbouring house and everything else around is the nature.

You have access to the river directly from the garden of the house.

Close to the house are bike and beautiful walking trail along the river to the sea.

Although secluded, house is just 200m from the center of Zrnovnica village with supermarket, butchery, pharmacy, restaurants etc.

Tourist offerings in area are plentiful: horse riding, mountain walking and climbing, kayaking, rafting, water sports etc.

There's also sky observatory you can visit within just 10 min ride from the house.

There's only 4 min drive to the nearest beach Stobrec, and all other tourist centers and city Split are within 10 min drive.




**** Getting around:


Local bus station is just 100m away.

Car is recommended, but if you don't have it you have cheap public transport and Uber, taxi etc. at your disposal.
