Holiday Home Calmation is located in Žrnovnica, only 10 km from the city of Split. Žrnovnica is a natural green oasis with the Žrnovnica River flowing through the settlement and is part of the Split city area. This place is perfect for hiking, excursions and recreation because it is at the foot of the Mosor mountain, with many trails and natural attractions. This house offers 104 m2 of living space where a maximum of 6 people can be accommodated. It is fully air-conditioned and consists of 2 floors. On the lower floor there is a large kitchen and a separate toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of which have 2 single beds, while the third has a double bed. There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower. On the upper floor there is another kitchen and a living room that includes a dining area with a dining table.

Additional amenities include a washing machine and an iron.

On the 30 m2 balcony you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of the Mosor mountain and Perun hill. There is of course a seating area and a dining table. On the outdoor terrace there is a 40 m2 swimming pool with 6 sun loungers. There is also a 16 m2 gazebo with garden furniture. You can also use the outdoor charcoal or wood-fired grill to prepare delicious meat dishes for family or friends. The beautifully landscaped garden and plenty of sun will relax you and you will enjoy peace and quiet.

The yard is completely fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces, while there is another parking space outside.

The security deposit is €200.00.
Young groups younger then 25 years are not allowed.

There is also a Botanical Garden and hiking and cycling trails. Žrnovnica has trails that lead along the river and towards the surrounding mountains (e.g. Mosor or Sitno), great for excursions and trekking.
