You'll enjoy your stay in this charming, air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Split.

It's located on the ground and first floor of the private house near the Diocletians Palace, Split seafront and beach in the forest park Marjan.

You can use large garden with table, chairs and outside grill, shared only with one person in second flat.

Green market, park and pharmacy are within 2 min walk, and shopping mall "Joker" is just 12 minutes walk from the apartment.

The nearest beach called Prva Voda with lots of natural shade is in the forest park Marjan, just 20 minutes walk or 4 min by car.

There's plenty of free parking spots around, this apartment is basically the closest to the center where you can park for free.

Majority of Split attractions are within walking range, making this apartment a great choice for your stay when visiting Split.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke outside in the garden.

It's not suitable for pets, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 24 hours of booking please send us that info within 2 hours of booking time and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking time or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

Bus station is within one minute walking.

Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are within 15 minutes walking.

You can find free street parking spot within 1-3 min walking from the apartment as the neighbourhood is not crowded with cars.

Apartment is located less than 10 min walking to the Diocletian's Palace.

It's the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world and also just 7 min walking to the Split seafront promenade.

Area where the apartment is located is a residential neighbourhood.

Its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having your peace when you just want to rest and sleep.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, city seafront... all within 3 to 20 minutes walking.

Beach called Prva Voda in the forest park Marjan is just 20 minutes walking or 3 min by car. Other beaches Obojena Svjetlost and Kasjuni are just 5-8 min by car.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 10 min walking from the apartment!

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
