This is an exceptional property and the owner clearly has taken very great care in trying to deliver a 5 star experience. The sculpted towels, robes, slippers and chocolates were very much appreciated by our teenage daughters, giving it a Spa feel. The property itself had all the essential elements and was furnished to a very high standard - one of the best we've been to. Being the winter, we didn't utilise the outside spaces - but the elevated terrace with BBQ looked like it would be fantastic in the warmer months.

A spacious, stylish house in a peaceful location, close to the lovely Lincolnshire coastline.

A spacious, stylish house in a peaceful location, close to the lovely Lincolnshire coastline. The house is comfortable and very well equipped, with a large patio off the kitchen which is perfect for al fresco breakfast and morning coffee. There's a smaller patio off the sitting room, and a large garden which is shared with the other 2 holiday cottages on site. The garden has a stream running along the edge and it's lovely, although the steps down to it might be a challenge for some. There is a pub in walking distance and farm shops, local stores, cafes, etc. short drives away in various directions. All in all, we enjoyed two restful weeks - exploring the coast by day and relaxing in this stunning house in the evenings. Highly recommend.

We have just been to this Cottage for a week.

We have just been to this Cottage for a week.The place is a new build equipped with more equipment than needed.Our only problem was that the WiFi did not work for four days, and the heating controls and TVs were all upside down.The Owner was quick to address the issues, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction.I would not hesitate to use this unit again if we were in the area.Well Done 5 Stars.

Had a great stay at Boothby House for 4 nights over the October half-term.

Had a great stay at Boothby House for 4 nights over the October half-term. Immaculately presented and so well equipped, the house was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, warm, and had some lovely luxury touches (eg toiletries & bathrobes/slippers). I can't emphasise enough how well equipped the kitchen was, I can't think of anything missing, plus a lovely little welcome pack. The Halloween sweets left for the kids were particularly well received by the three younger holiday makers!Location wise we found it good for visiting the coastal attractions of Skegness, Mablethope, Anderby Creek, etc. The wonderful National Trust property, Gunby Hall is less than 5 mins drive. For some more shopping options, we used Horncastle and Louth. Also enjoyed short walks around the village and the church.The only point to let others know is that the three parking spaces are under the patio/terrace and so have a height limit that our 8 seat people carrier wouldn't fit into. This wasn't an issue as we could park just in front of one of the undercover bays, but hopefully useful for others to know.Overall a great house, and will be looking to book again in the not too distant future!
