The Space:
The moment you arrive, you're greeted by striking modern design; clean lines, warm stone, and expansive glass that frame the landscape beyond. Inside, the open-concept living areas flow seamlessly, creating an atmosphere of light and connection.
The primary bedroom is a sanctuary unto itself, featuring a spa-like ensuite. Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping quarters, with the third bedroom cleverly designed with queen-sized bunk beds, perfect for families or adding flexibility for larger groups. With 2.5 bathrooms throughout, everyone enjoys ease and privacy.
The heart of the home is the kitchen and dining areas, where shared meals become occasions. A dedicated recreation space with a cozy fireplace invites gathering on cool evenings, while the spectacular covered deck with an expansive pergola is where magic happens; morning coffee with water views, afternoon games with friends, sunset gatherings with a fire pit glowing as the sky transforms in golden hour light.

Parking is easy and convenient, with space for a vehicle in the driveway and 4 additional cars parked across the street.

Spicewood offers the perfect balance of scenic tranquility and proximity to world-class attractions. Just minutes away, you'll find pristine lake access, charming local restaurants, and beloved breweries. Austin and San Antonio are within easy driving distance for day trips, while the region's natural beauty; rolling hills, mature oak trees, and stunning water views; creates an idyllic backdrop for relaxation and adventure alike. Whether you're seeking outdoor recreation, local charm, or simply a place to unwind, Spicewood is your gateway to authentic Texas Hill Country living.

Other Things to Note:
â This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be provided via email.
2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.
3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.
4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, vaping, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Guest Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.
8. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental
11. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
12. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
