* Bedroom 1: A luxurious King Bed with access to a porch.
* Bedroom 2: A second luxurious King Bed.
* Bedroom 3: A cozy Bunkroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4).

Just steps from the house, your private, covered dock invites you to dive into the clear lake for a swim, cast a line for a relaxing afternoon of fishing, or simply watch a spectacular sunset over the water.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and its amenities, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, the sunroom, the outdoor deck, and the private dock. The only exception is the detached garage, which is not available for guest use.

We respect our guests` privacy but are available if you need anything. We can be reached via the messaging app or by phone throughout your stay to ensure you have a comfortable and seamless experience.

* **Lake Levels:** Please be aware that the photos of the lake in this listing were taken in June 2025. Current lake levels are substantially higher than what is reflected in the photos.
* **Laundry:** There is no washer or dryer available for guest use at the property. Please plan accordingly.

** The closest grocery store is about 25 mins from the house, however there are convenient stores about 10 mins away.

** Unfortunately, motorized boats are not permitted to dock in the boat slip.
