Get away from it all at this stunning lakeside retreat. Set on scenic Lake Travis, this waterfront three-bedroom townhouse in this gated community is the perfect home base for a Hill Country adventure. Unwind on the luxurious back deck while you watch the Texas sunset. The shared boat launch allows you to explore the lake with ease. Boat trailer parking is available in the street or at the boat launch.

The living rarea of this lakeside retreat features a stone fireplace, a recliner, and two plush sofas. Kick back and enjoy the 65-inch 4k smart TV or home stereo system. Play music or games using the Amazon Echo. Complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the well-appointed kitchen exudes elegance and is complete with all amenities to make vacation meal prep easy. The bar is stocked with all the glassware you need, as well as a convenient ice maker. A Cuisinart Coffee Pot is provided, as well as a Keurig to accommodate all coffee preferences. Serve snacks at the three-person breakfast bar, and gather the family meals around the four-person dining table.

The lower-level main suite is furnished with a 42-inch 4k smart TV with Direct TV and has access to a private lake-view deck with two chairs and a lounger. The en suite bath offers a granite double vanity and spacious walk-in shower accented with glass bricks. Upstairs, the second and third bedrooms are outfitted with 42-inch 4k smart TV with Direct TV. Complimentary toiletries are provided to get you started along with a hair dryer for your use during your stay.

Spend relaxing evenings on the private back deck overlooking Lake Travis. Kick back on lounge chairs, or grill steaks on the gas barbeque and dine alfresco at the four-person dining table. There are also two lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the sunset and a cocktail. A Tesla charger, six tennis rackets, tennis balls, and pool floats are provided.

This private community boasts tennis courts, a shared pool, a picnic area with grills, and a shared boat launch. Enjoy peaceful walks through the rolling hills of the neighborhood in the morning with the deer and butterflies all around.

Explore Krause Springs five miles away and enjoy the refreshing waters. Or venture to Muleshoe Bend Recreation Area just over a mile away to hike trails with gorgeous lake views. Spicewood Vineyards is eight miles away and offers award-winning wines and picturesque views.

We booked this location for the view. It did not disappoint. My husband and my two friends enjoyed the view and how peaceful it was there. We spent most of our time on the desk. The check-in process was easy, the place was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was given all the information I needed before I arrived. We loved it so much and were so happy with the place that I would book it again.

Weekend Getaway

We were having a boat party at Lake Travis for the 210 Slingaz on Saturday and needed a place to stay where we could keep our slingshot secure. When we arrived at the property we didn’t realize there was a gate code but another resident let us in. I had a bit of a challenge using the code provided to get into the front door but the property manager was very helpful when I called. They provided the gate code and other codes we needed for our stay. The layout was awesome and worked well for everyone. The view was great and the photos online matched exactly what we saw in the listing. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Lakeside Beauty

This townhome was the perfect getaway spot for our an anniversary celebration! Nestled in a quiet, gated community and sitting high above the shores of Lake Travis, this property did not disappoint. Being the cleanest property we have ever stayed in, this home is well appointed and thoughtfully designed and has plenty of space for a larger group or just enough quaintness for two. The kitchen and baths are stocked with anything you could need for a comfortable stay away. We enjoyed the downstairs master bedroom with its beautiful on-suite bathroom. The bed was super comfy with luxurious bedding and 2 lofty down feather pillows per sleeper. The view from the 2 back decks (one on each level) are stunning and unspoiled. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Having access to the 2 car garage was a bonus. There were only 3 negatives to report: we had a lot of trouble when trying to lock the home from the outside, we couldn’t get the code to open the garage door from the outside and the “house book” and online listing spoke of a commercial ice maker but we weren’t able to locate it anywhere on the property. The lock could have been due to user errorđŸ€Ș and it is possible maybe that the commercial ice maker was located at the community pool?? We used the location as a spot to enjoy the Capital City and the small towns surrounding Spicewood. All of this said, I highly recommend this property!

Convenient, quiet, w/great views

Nice property, appeared remodeled and well kept, master bed was comfortable and room dark, and apparently the 2nd bdrm king was also comfortable since my son slept well, kitchen was equipped and easy to use, convenient to lake, low water boat ramp is steep but still usable at 645 lake level, check-in and check-out were a breeze. Cleaning fee is a little higher than others but there is also less required by the renter at check-out than others. We hope to stay here again.

The property managers email with access information did not make it to us. They did not reach out to call us to verify. The reservation confirmation gave us no phone number to call. We had to dig up the phone number on the Vacasa app in order to get a human to help us out. Contact information for the property manager needs to be more readily available.

Girls weekend getaway

Booked this place for a girls weekend getaway in November. Loved that it had great views but would have loved to use the fireplace since it was so cold. The fireplace was advertised as an amenity and was one of the reasons I booked the property. The cell reception isn’t great either as it is so far off the beaten path. Great layout and perfect for our needs. The bed on the bottom level was VERY stiff and made me look forward to going back home. I most likely would try a different house next time.

Great condo with an awesome view!

Very clean, well stocked and comfy. The view of the lake is amazing. It is a little far away from civilization but we were able to do things with family in the Lakeway area within 35 minutes. And we went zip lining nearby. But you do have to plan on getting groceries and cooking.

Nice property but too remote. Customer Service after we checked out was not great.

The property is too far from the main highway. It takes approximately 15 minutes of driving a rural winding road to reach the property. Driving this road during the day is Ok but at night is a different story for lack of public lighting. If all you intend to do is boating, fishing and relaxing by the pool then this is the perfect location. The nearest “full service” grocery store, movie theater and restaurants are at least 30 minutes away. The property is in a nice gated community. It’s a water front property and the view is beautiful. The deck is spacious although not as large as the photos show. The town home looked clean at first glance but then you start noticing details. I had to clean a small spill on the kitchen floor and the kitchen towel showed all the dirt on the tile. I’m sure they sweep the floors but I wonder how often they mop. The pantry and the cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink were disorganized. The area where the washer and dryer are located was also messy. The exterior deck was dirty. In my opinion the cleaning staff is not paying attention to the details. We should have arrived to an organized pantry, organized cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink and a deck free of debris. On top of that, all three gas tanks were empty so we had to wait for several hours before someone brought two full tanks. Customer service after checkout was not good. We forgot to leave behind the swimming pool key fob so we had to calle more than eight times to receive instructions from them on how to mail back the key fob to them. We were asked to take the trash bin out on Tuesday night for trash pick up but trash was never picked up so we alerted the property manager so that next renter does not have to deal with old trash. Overall, the property was ok but I will not rent it again.
