La réserve est notre résidence de vacances spéciale de notre artisan de 4 salles de bains de 4 000 pieds carrés, 3 chambres à coucher, 2. 5. Comprend toutes les commodités ultramodernes, le mobilier le plus raffiné, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, four, cuisiniÚre et machine à glaçons) et une salle à manger. La maison est tout ce qu'il y a de mieux. Avec deux grandes terrasses extérieures, barbecue au gaz, foyer au gaz, entrée sans clé, espace de bureau, buanderie, garage pour deux voitures et salles de bonus à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée.

La réserve est idéale pour les réunions de famille et les événements. Toutes les chambres disposent de lits queen size, de ventilateurs de plafond et de plafonds voûtés. La grande salle de bonus à l'étage est recouverte de moquette et peut accompagner des matelas pneumatiques de toutes les tailles pour vos invités. La chambre principale est située au niveau principal et comprend un dressing, une salle de bains privative avec double vasque, une douche vitrée et une baignoire à jets. Deux des trois chambres sont situées à l'étage et partagent une salle de bain complÚte avec une douche vitrée. Un grand parking est disponible dans la grande allée pour les grands groupes.

Could Have Been Better

Nice home on the inside. Upstairs AC did not cool during entire stay. Made for an uncomfortable time getting ready for a wedding. Sorry, but probably would not rent again.

Nice house in the woods near fall creek falls

Spacious house in a country development, big lots, mostly wooded. Very quiet and dark at night, great star viewing. About 20 min drive to FCF visitor center. Host was very good at communicating. Expansive outdoor decks but in need of renovation.

Such a beautiful house and a beautiful location! Perfect place for a large family with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well appointed with all you need for cooking most meals. The Host was very responsive and polite whenever I had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful home in a secluded community

This home is spacious and wonderful for a large group. We loved that there were not only beds for everyone, but tons of space in the living room and dining room. While in a community, homes were very spaced out and the lots are wooded, so you had privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Loved the Fall Creek Falls Area

Let me start by saying, our trip was wonderful! We visited many state parks, Cumberland Cavern and enjoyed the Canopy Challenge at Fall Creek Falls State Park. The cabin was wonderful inside, extremely nice appliances and very spacious. The photos outside are dated, currently the entire front porch needs a paint job. Lisa, the owner was very attentive and quick to respond which was lovely. However, the amenities listed in the paperwork I received were very inaccurate and need updated, so beware. There is a general store and cafe on the property (which we counted on for lunches) but it was only open on Friday from 11 to 2 the entire week we were there. The beautiful pool was closed the entire week due to needed repairs, which I didn't find out until my last payment was made. The paperwork mentions that you can rent Bass fishing equipment to use in the 2 lakes on the property, but that also was not available. Also, the lakes and docks on the property are wonderful, but bring rafts, canoes or kayaks because there is no place to rent them. The grill is charcoal, so bring supplies if you plan on using it. Paperwork states a gas grill. Due to the distance to restaurants or major grocery stores (Walmart was 30 minutes), we cooked in each day. So, take ALL supplies needed, for example cutting board, plastic pitcher for drinks, storage containers for leftovers, aluminum foil, baggies, etc. Loved the fire pit, but no chairs, so bring your own. Overall, loved the cabin and area!

Family Lake getaway

Came for some family, fishing and fun. Great weekend trip and the house was perfect for our stay. The only negative I had is poor lighting in the drive. There are stairs leading to sidewalk to front porch and cannot be seen at night. We had to use our flashlights to make sure no one fell getting in the house.

Perfect Accommodations for Family - Great Location for Area Attractions

We had 5 adults and 3 very excited children for this 4 day getaway (3 generations). The joyous sounds of the children exploring and playing in this home were constant and priceless. The 5 y/o wished we would've rented it for 100 days. Visiting Fall Creek Falls and hiking trails every day was a fantastic experience for all. The fire pit was great on a very chilly night. If you're renting be sure to bring extra TP, paper towels, and Kleenex. Bring laundry soap if you think you'll need it. We would rent it again for sure. The General Store/Restaraunt had some great food and friendly service though they told us immediately we weren't allowed to use the amenities - I assured them we were. She thought we were condo renters and agreed we had access after discussion. We would all recommend this home.

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our time at Cliff and Lisa’s house! Yes, it’s far from most things, but that’s what we loved about it! I enjoyed sitting on the back deck every night, rocking in the rocking chair! The night it rained was The Best!! And having all our kids playing games and laughing at the dinning room table made both my husbands and my heart happy❀❀ We would definitely come back again!

PERFECT CABIN

This property had everything you would ever need!! Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, the built in speaker system was great for our family game night. The cabin is in walking distance of the pool which we took advantage of every afternoon after all day hikes. AMAZING VACATION

Beautiful home

The location was amazing and the home was beautiful. It was an easy check in and easy communication with the manager. The pipes in the home could definitely use some love and cleaning. We left paper towels and toilet paper for the next folks. Overall good stay since we were only home in the evenings and a little in the morning.

Summer 2021

Good. Needs more furniture. Large room on 2nd floor had beds(not pictured in description), but nothing else. Basement was finished, but had no furniture in it, making it unusable. Pictures lead us to believe it was lakeside and it was not. Description said kayaks/canoes were provided for use in the lakes, but there were no paddles. The cable/TV's would not work with the current system in place. We brought our own Fire Stick's which allowed us to use the TV's. Management/owner was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good home for the price, but needs to have a few touch-ups. Large number of lights/ceiling fans did not work. Several outlets did not work. Decking is in dire need of repair. Rotten boards with nails sticking out. I report all this not to criticize, but for reference to improve the experience compared to other properties we have stayed at in similar price range. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time away from the world.

Great Place for 2 Families with 5 kids

The house is well furnished and located in a quite area. The pool, playground, and fishing dock are approximately 2 minutes away by car. It was perfect for our group & we had lots of fun!
