You`ll have private access to the master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed for a great night`s sleep. The living room, which has a futon and an air mattress, is also available. Feel free to use the kitchenette, which includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Head outside to the patio or balcony and use the BBQ grill. The apartment also has a large TV and a premium sound system. Plus, you`ll have access to amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and free on-site parking.

2 minutes to downtown Spartanburg you can drive or walk right to local coffee shops and dining.

Please note that there is no washer or dryer but there is a laundry mat just down the street and we also recommend poplin for remote laundry service!
Check-In Policy:

-Standard Check-In time is 4:00 pm

-Early Check-in Option:
A 2 hour early check-in @ 2:00 pm is available for a fee of $60. This must be requested and paid for 24hrs prior to arrival.

We’re unable to guarantee last-minute early check-in, but we’ll do our best to accommodate as soon as the unit is ready.

Checkout Policy:

-Standard Checkout Time 10:00 am
Guests must vacate the premises by this time.

-Late Checkout Option:

A 2-hour late checkout until 12:00 p.m. is available for a fee of $60. This option must be requested and paid for no later than 9pm the night prior to Checkout.

-Penalty for Delayed Departure:
Guests who remain on the property after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement for a late checkout will be charged $10 for every 5 minutes past the scheduled checkout time.
