This location is perfect for those wanting to shop, visit restaurantâs, town activities and groceries near by. Many town attractions, and easy freeway access. Lovely views of the Wasatch mountains.

2 smart TVs! With guest mode enabled you can feel comfortable accessing your own streaming services. They will be automatically signed out once you check out.

Our driveway is a long lane we have lots of gravel parking.
Weâll always be on top of any weather/ snow fall for clearing.
Weâre on site at all times so please feel comfortable to walk the property and see the farm and livestock.
Extended Stay:
We allow for extended stays! Should you choose to stay with us for a long period we would happily accommodate you and offer special discounts for those extended bookings. Upon arrival, the home will be fully stocked with all of the essentials to get you started. For any additional time beyond 7 days cleaning and supplies will be your obligation. We can discuss cleaning and supplies in our long term agreement.
NO Full backyard access:
We have a swimspa, sauna, putting green, trampoline, play set.
We do not offer access in that area, please inquire.

The sports park near the river trail offers pickleball and tennis, baseball fans, playground for kids or to walk/run.

2. Only those in the guest party permitted to stay. MAXIMUM 8 guests.
3. Enforced quiet hours 6am- 10:30pm

5. Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises.
6. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings of the renter.
7. Furnishings and appliances should be left in the manner provided to the renter.
8. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the renter

Guest access;
Guests have access to the entire house and driveway. Access into the house is through smart lock keypad with code.
