THE SPACE
Bring the whole family to this great property with lots of room for fun. Step into the welcoming living room, where a cozy gas fireplace provides the perfect ambiance for relaxing family getaway. Adjacent, you'll find a large designer kitchen with an island, making it a chef's dream space for preparing delicious meals.
Bedrooms and baths are nicely spaced across the homeâs 3 levels for separation and privacy. Three full bathrooms upstairs, a convenient Âœ bath on the main floor and another full bath on the ground level keep morning and evening routines on schedule. Bedroom configurations as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed + ensuite bathroom w/ soaking tub & separate walk-in shower

Guests also have convenient access to the laundry room and garage which will fit 1 vehicle.
Outside, the fun continues with a trampoline, basketball goal, and a lovely patio overlooking the large backyard where thereâs plenty of room for kids and pets to play! But that's not allâ Situated in the coveted Cambridge Subdivision guests also have water access to the lake, a park, walking trails, a playground, basketball court, and a gazebo.
For entertainment and shopping, you're in luck â Ruoff Music Center and Hamilton Town Center Mall are both a short 4-mile drive away. If you're up for some city exploration, Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center are about 20 miles from the property, and sports enthusiasts will appreciate that Grand Park is only 15 miles away.

If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It's $300 per pet per stay to bring them along.

The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Have a pet? It's $300 per pet per stay to bring them along.
We have exterior cameras (there are NO cameras inside the home).

No smoking inside the house or garage. Guests who smoke will be charged a $4,000 fee for smoke odor removal.
Shoes must be removed before entering carpeted areas of the house.
No parties or additional guests who are not included in the reservation. All guests and dogs (max weight for dogs is 30 lbs.) must be included in your guest count in your reservation. No cats or any other pets allowed.
Other general rules:
1. Respect our neighborâs property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways.
2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm.
4. No outside amplified music, bands, DJ's or anything similar is allowed.
5. Cars should be parked in the garage, on the driveway or directly in front of the house.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Return furniture to its original location. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee.
14. Please do not flush wipes or feminine products. Doing so can cause serious plumbing issues and will result in a $2,000 fine.
15. Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees.
