Upstairs at the Estate - Across from SP Golf Club

Keep it simple at this peaceful and unique home. Located in the upstairs of "The Estate" and across from a Donald Ross Golf Course, Southern Pines Golf Club. This 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath Unit can sleep 6 adults comfortably.
The kitchen is fully stocked, the unit is spacious, and the owners are just down the road if you need anything at all!

Please keep in mind this is an upstairs unit so steps will need to be climbed to access it.

This unit has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds. It also has a 3rd room with a trundle bed with 2 separate mattresses (one pulls out - see photos). Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom.

The main living area has a smart TV. There is no cable in the unit, so it has all apps available with WiFi - Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, a KDUO (k cups/carafe), baking sheets, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, olive oil, cookware. We will also have starter coffee available. The dining table has an additional 2 chairs to accommodate 6 people.
The washer/dryer is inside the unit and we have a starter supply of laundry detergent.

The 2 bathrooms include towels, washcloths, a blow-dryer, and starter shampoo/body wash.

When you pull up to the home, stay to the left-hand side of the house and park behind the house. There you will see a storm door on ground level. Once inside, take the wooden stairs up to the unit. This is a private entrance.

We live 3 miles away and will be available if any issues arise.

This is a quiet, private, and mature neighborhood directly across from the Southern Pines Golf Club. This golf club is open to the public to play golf or grab a bite to eat and is easily accessible by foot. It is also approximately 0.5 miles from the city center of downtown Southern Pines - Broad Street.
The wi-fi login information will be sent via the Airbnb app and is also posted in the unit.

We do not have cable in the unit. Both TVs are smart TVs and have access to apps via Wi-Fi such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime.
