Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked cleaner's closet, the utility room, and the shed. We will be readily available for any questions or assistance through the app!

Located just minutes from Nantucket Sound’s pristine shoreline, local seafood spots, and family-friendly destinations like the Whydah Pirate Museum and Skull Island Adventure Golf, this home places you right in the middle of Cape Cod charm.

You will need a car to get around but there is plenty of parking available free on the premises.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
