La Bella Vita à South West Rocks

La Bella Vita se traduit littéralement par "la belle vie" et constitue l'évasion familiale idéale. Il se trouve à quelques pas des pubs, des clubs, des boutiques et des magnifiques plages locales que seule la côte nord peut offrir.

La propriété est une maison de ville moderne de 2 étages et 3 chambres au coeur de South West Rocks. La chambre principale dispose de la climatisation, d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD et d'une salle de bains privative. Les deux chambres à l'étage disposent de la climatisation et d'une télévision. La salle de bain principale est spacieuse avec une baignoire spa et une douche séparée. Vous pouvez apporter votre propre linge de maison ou payer une somme modique pour que les lits soient faits et prêts pour votre arrivée.

La cuisine a tout le confort moderne, y compris un lave-vaisselle et une machine à café Nespresso. Rien de tel qu'un café pour bien commencer la journée ou un lave-vaisselle pour une détente totale.

La zone de vie faisant face au nord dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD et Wifi. Une grande bibliothèque de livres, de jeux et de DVD est également disponible. Ce salon ouvre sur une superbe salle à manger Alfresco avec un barbecue Beef Eater, un frigo-bar et une grande table à manger en bois avec abri de qualité restaurant. Un endroit idéal pour réfléchir et se détendre après une journée passée à lire ou à lire.

La Bella Vita permet à tous les membres de la famille de s'évader de l'agitation de la vie normale. Le mode vacances peut être activé sans effort et vous passerez d'agréables vacances dans l'ambiance d'un superbe village balnéaire. The property was spotless when we arrived. Elders Lifestyle who manage the property are very professional and very prompt to answer any questions you may have. A 300 metre walk to the centre of town, beaches and restaurants. The villa is well appointed and has everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday. It is in a quiet area and also a 500 metre to the Country Club. Chop and Chill is a great cafe to have any meal and is only 300 metres from this villa. For a quiet afternoon drink overlooking the ocean the South West Rocks Surf Life Saving Club is great.

Reviewer Comments: If you look past the minor but annoying real estate confusing automatic communication this property would suit a family, for a well located accommodation to beach, river and CBD. Although SWR area deserves a good drive about the area. Here you have a lock up garage which is good to keep your car free from salt air. We made a list of things needing repair, again the RE performance in managing the property.Cleaning was basic. Just don't look under the bedheads and other 'not seen' spaces, although the beds were comfy. Lots of extras left in the kitchen, but again, a more thorough clean would suffice every 2 months e.g. Depending on what the RE charges you, this is a good property for location, and definitely not a dumpy old place.

The location was very convenient- just a 2 minute walk from South West Rocks town center. The only criticism I had was rain runoff dripping very loudly on the aircon unit outside the main bedroom. But all in all an excellent experience

Great set up for a family. Our two kids were happy with the two single beds in their bedroom. Comfortable beds in the other two rooms although a King size would have suited my wife and me much better. A larger lounge would have also been preferable. Apart from these minor issues, the unit was set up well. Everything required was supplied (apart from the linen that we hired) and the kitchen was functional. We would definitely stay here again. The unit’s location was also very handy for walking to town, beaches and the club.
