Coastal Cottage is the perfect place for the family holiday & has a charm all of it's own.
The family, living, lounge & dining areas are bubbling with natural light, The kitchen offers a great breakfast family for all the family to enjoy.
With the ability to accommodate 6 guests, the home consists of large open bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry & a pool.
The double lock-up garage is not for guest use.
The high ceiling & architectural design only add to the class & features of the Cottage.
The pool complex is the perfect entertainer with a gazebo, bar & barbeque area.

All bookings are subject to the holiday letting terms and conditions.
Strictly no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise Complaints will result in loss of your security deposit and on the spot eviction.

South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute drive of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a five minute drive.
South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.
If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.
