Amberlee House - South West Rocks

This spacious home, perfectly situated close to the beach and town centre, comfortably hosts up to 10 guests. It includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas, along with a separate recreation room featuring a table tennis table. The property is meticulously maintained and boasts modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, large kitchen, washing machine, and dryer.

Enjoy the outdoors with a spacious gas BBQ and outdoor seating area or even the expansive wrap around verandah on the second floor, perfect for catching that afternoon breeze. The fully fenced yard provides ample parking, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.

Please Note: Amberlee House requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting you will need to bring your own (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths). You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dishwashing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
