neighborhood featuring 2 levels, 3 bedrooms/3 bath, chef's kitchen & back
patio off the community pool & hot tub.

Welcome to our Villas House at 6512 Bayview Drive in the luxury gated enclave
of the Villas of South Padre.
This private house is located within the gates in this ocean front subdivision
with a sparkling community pool, heated hot tub, private beach entrance for
the residents, & kids playground..
The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has a very bright, open
concept chefâs style kitchen, living and dining area. The entire down floor
has a massive & impressive feel to it.
The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances,
including dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, and
is fully stocked with all kitchenware like pots, pans, dishes etc needed to
make a tasty home-cooked meal while on vacation
Whether you're traveling with family, a group of friends, or looking for a
luxury home for a romantic getaway, you and your guests will love staying at
the Villas House.
The back patio is next door to the community pool, where you can enjoy the
patioâs table & chairs while watching your kiddos swim.
The master suite features a King size bed, a very large flat-screen TV, access
to a private balcony and a living area with its own loveseat and couch. The
en-suite bathroom has a deep soaking tub, plus a large walk-in shower and a
double vanity with plenty of counter spaces.
Guests also have the choice of a second bedroom, equipped with a Queen size
bed, flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom, or the 3rd guest bedroom,
featuring two twin beds.
We do provide an airbed & pump for extra sleeping space (please bring bedding
if you plan on using). While we do allow up to 10 humans, 8 is where you will
be more comfortable for a head count there is not bed space for 10
For guest use free of charge there is a washer & dryer in the house which
comes in handy.
This home is conveniently located within walking distance of local attractions
and entertainment, like Sea Turtle Rescue, South Padre Island Nature and
Birding Center, and Texas' biggest beach bar Clayton's as well as Bar Louie
for food & live music as well as the new Barryâs Beach Bar.
The Villas neighborhood is also great for those that enjoy walking to check
out the cool luxe homes, or entering the beach via the private beach access
for a morning or sunset stroll. If you have kids or a group, being able to not
cross any busy road to get to the beach which is a just a couple minute walk
is really great.
Enjoy Clayton's firework display from the beach every Friday and Saturday from
memorial day to labor day. The Villas of South Padre is a gated community with
24 hour security, ensuring a safe & private - yet friendly environment,

IF you have some work to do, there is wifi/internet provided, though spectrum
the provider can be spotty.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up
Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4
nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just
ask before you book please not after :) This property has a minimum 3 night
stay.
Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600
Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 4 nights.
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so
is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :)
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check
in to the number on file, not before.
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of
your picture ID, read the house rules, and paid either the $150 fee for the
damage cover plan OR paid the $1500 refundable damage deposit all are handled
thru the airbnb resolution center.
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we
offer a refund for this just to clarify
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels,
basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags,
coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and
not unlimited nor re supplied.
Door codes are provided by 3 pm via text message for check in, FYI
City of South Padre Short Term Rental License Available upon request
This property does require the use of security wristbands at all times which
cannot be exchanged to other guest but are free of charge.
***IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is located within a gated community that has
strict HOA rules and regulations. All reservations are subject to approval by
the HOA. All guests are required to wear wristbands at all times, for the full
duration of the reservation. Wristbands can not be taken off, and/or exchanged
with any other person. A guest list is required in advance of check-in. ONLY
those listed on the guest list will be provided a wristband and will be
allowed on the premises. DAY GUESTS OR VISITORS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN EVICTION.***
