Welcome to the "Seaduction," your private paradise on South Padre Island! Offering a private heated pool, 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, and accommodating up to 18 guests total - the Seaduction is perfect for large families or groups! A perfectly-situated vacation rental, lies steps from the beach, only a few blocks from the best beach bar on the island, but also only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Just a 4-5 minute walk from the front door to the sand!

The living room has 3 beautiful sofas as well as comfortable chairs with ottomans – plenty of seating! Twelve people can comfortably dine at the beautiful table, while an additional four can sit at the nearby bar. Both upstairs bedrooms have king beds as well as space for comfy seating and TVs. The upstairs bedrooms are both king suites with private bathrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs have access to a shared oversized bathroom with private toilet room. Seaduction's kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, flatware for crowds; all the cooking equipment, utensils you could ask for; and all the regular small appliances one looks for in a nice vacation home. There will be ample room for all your food and beverages in the two full-size refrigerators. There is a propane grill at the property for guest use.

The cheerful atmosphere of this vacation rental home is reflected through the art, photos, and decor from each of these destinations and other tropical inspiration.The Seaduction has a beautiful swimming pool (heated in cooler weather) with plenty of chaise lounges and a dining set on the shaded patio. You will find a shower (hot and cold water) outside as you enter the pool area from the front fence gate. Young children will love the large shallow shelf; a perfect place for the little ones to play while others relax on a nearby lounger. There is a Ping Pong Table in the garage – especially great to have in case of a rainy day!

Every stay at 127 E Jupiter includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart!

They are the perfect pair of beach houses for groups that want multiple properties within walking distance to each other!

We had the best stay! 13 adults fit easily into this home for my birthday trip. The pool was great as was the common area - we all fit to sit down for dinner and lounging. The proximity to the beach was great! It was such a short walk and convenient for the whole group. We would definitely come back!

This was a great vacation home for our family (and extended family). We had 13 total in our group and this property housed us perfectly. We all had plenty of room, pool was great, it was a short walk to the beach and a nice neighborhood. Checking in and out was easy. We will definitely stay again.

Great house for a group. Fit 12 of us very comfortably. Pool was great, however, it would be nice if there was shade over the pool because the water was hot for most of the day. Other than that, perfect place. Would rent again.

Excellent home for family!

This home was just perfect for our family. We found it to be comfortable and cozy. The space was more than enough for our group of eight. The kids (big and almost big) really enjoyed their many short walks to the beach. We would recommend this property as an awesome choice for a place to enjoy your stay.

Amazing house! We will rent it again!

We had a great time!! It was a beautiful house at an amazing location!! Close to everything - the beach, the restaurants, shopping, rentals!! Great layout of the house was a plus for us!! And was very clean!! Had ample space!! The master bedrooms were awesome and so was the kids room with bunk beds!! Overall we think this is an amazing house and we will rent it again!!

Our extended family had a wonderful time at the Seaduction! There was lots of room for us to spread out in the house and plenty of room for us to eat meals together in the large dining room. We really enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach. Definitely recommend!

Terrific home with pool. Even had a beach umbrella and a few chairs and beach toys we could use when we went to the beach. Can't see the beach from the balcony but it is literally half a block away. Great location. Very clean, great decorations. Would stay again.

Family Vacation

Overall a fantastic home and location. We loved how close it was to the beach and other activities. The house was super clean, spacious, the beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed for our five nights. Check in was a tad messy because the key code we were given didn’t work, but they responded quickly and it was fixed right away.

Amazing house! Extremely clean, and stocked with everything we needed from cooking to washing, to housekeeping. The realty company we booked it through was very polite, professional and attentive to our needs. We are definitely looking foward to another getaway !
