Imagine waking up to the sound of the Gulf of Mexico waves and feeling the gentle breeze on your face. You look out upon the morning sunrise taking it all in and decide to walk on the beach just steps away. This is what you can expect at a stay in our beachfront vacation condo.

Experience South Padre Island
South Padre island has a great variety of activities sure to please everyone! South padre Island is visitor friendly year round and there are a myriad of many fun and interesting activities. There are many delicious restaurants to enjoy locally caught seafood or some will even prepare your own catch. Some even within walking distance. Explore the island from a golf cart, or bike around town or on the beach. You can also go horseback riding, parasailing, and explore the coastal fishing/ tournaments. Individual charter and group fishing trips are all available. Play mini golf, enjoy nightclubs, and have fun at a huge waterpark that’s only a couple miles away.
For the nature enthusiast and animal lovers, our coastal marshlands are home to hundreds of species of rare and endangered animals and are also a hotspot for migrating birds and ocean life. Visit Sea Turtle Inc., and visit the rescued sea turtles. Seat Turtle Inc. is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of sea turtles.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is extremely well stocked; we truly lacked for nothing. When we decided to stay in for meals, cooking was not an issue. As the condo is located in the heart of the Island, we walked to restaurants and the grocery. We were served awesome meals from each of the restaurants we chose. The balcony allowed stunning views of the sunrise! This location provides for a peaceful and relaxing experience!

It was a perfect getaway to take in the beautiful views of the south padre coast . This condo was perfect . The hosts answered their phones when I was needing some important information to check-in - the Vrbo site wasn’t sending messages apparently so there was some confusion initially. I only wish I could have stayed a few days longer !

The check in process was prompt and easy. The condo was just as advertised and as shown in photos. It was perfect for our week in South Padre. The view from the balcony was amazing. We experienced zero issues on our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this condo. It's right on the beach so you can easily pop on down and take a stroll or sit on the spacious balcony and watch the sunrise. It's perfect for a couple retreat. It's located right near the south elevator and hot tub. The bedroom window is by the hallway, but with the blackout curtains and our white noise machine we never have a privacy or noise issue. The place is clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. It's also fur-baby friendly with tile floors in every room. Photos are sunrises from the balcony chairs.

Lovely property right on the beach. Indoor parking. Short walk from the building to the beach, maybe 30 yards. Loved watching the sunrise every morning. Afternoons on the balcony very relaxing.

We had a great time. Sadly the beach had a lot of tar and trash. Not like it was before. I guess they don’t clean the beach every morning anymore. Condo was great. Very clean, all the amenities, bed was super comfy. 3rd floor was perfect for us. Elevator went out only once and was up the next day. Had some issues with water on the floor but owners were quick to take care of it.

Love the view

The communication with property owners was excellent. VRBO did not send proper paperwork which made check in difficult. We didn’t have room number and the management of the Inverness was not going to let us stay. Thank goodness the property owners saved us with their text. Condo was clean and easy to find.

Peaceful stay on the beach

We spent 5 days enjoying the water and restaurants on SPI. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view of the beach outstanding. We spent many hours in those chairs in the photo, reading, watching the crowds on the beach and enjoying sunrise.
