The Space:

Enjoy an exclusive beachfront retreat in this stylish and spacious fourth-floor Solare Tower condo, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, relaxation, and fun with resort amenities.

Step inside to a bright, open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and extras like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher. Gather for meals at the dining table for 8, or enjoy a quick snack or coffee at the breakfast bar with 3 stools.



The living room offers plenty of comfortable sofa seating facing a large Smart TV with cable—ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to your private balcony with sofa-lounge seating overlooking the pool, creating the perfect indoor/outdoor flow.

The Neighborhood:

South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.



Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!



Other Things to Note:

Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.



- The property is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.

- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.

- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.

- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed at this property.

- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.



Interaction with Guests:

Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.

Nicely furnished and appointed. More pots/pans/cooking/hosting tools than I expected. Fully working fridge and icemaker was nice ( I've been in several that had no ice maker at all )Host was very responsive and helpful. Plenty of space, rooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate balconies which was also lovely - you could just see the ocean over the adjacent buildings - so view and ocean sounds were great.2 Pools, Hot tubs and really close beach access.Would 100% stay here again.

Great spot!

This unit was a pleasant surprise. It is very clean and has just about everything you could need. Great view and we were able to see the Friday night fireworks (from Clayton’s) perfectly. Property manager was great at communication. There are two pools and both were great. If you need to reserve a beach chair or umbrella, you can do so at the front desk (you pay at the front desk). They also had ice on site which was a blessing. We will be back!

Relaxing vacation

The Condo very spacious and a great location. The tennis court could of been tidied up a bit beacuse it was always had a lot of sand on them. The description says 4 tvs but only the one in the living room worked. We did reach out to get it fixed did get a reaponse back but was unavlw to get it resolved

Nice spot

Dated but the unit is clean. The hallways and other public spaces need some work, but interior is nice space perfect for two children and one of their friend. Gym is small but has dumbbells that go up to 75lbs. Treadmills are late models.

Lovely condo with some issues

This is a nice spacious condo. It was clean except the dishwasher and the area under the kitchen sink. The toilet in the guest bathroom did not flush. They fixed it but it quit working again the next day. The pipes under the sink by the garbage disposal are leaking. I found this out after I ran the dishwasher and water started coming out from under the cabinets. I had to clean the floor. We put a plastic drawer from the fridge under the leak so we could use the sink. The ice maker in the fridge does not work either. The inside of the dishwasher is rusty and moldy. That is it-it needs some repairs.

Wonderful Stay

Nice area- easy walk to the beach. Many shops and restaurants close by. Either walk on beach or sidewalk near road. We had a great time!
