Welcome to our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located at the popular Saida Towers Resort on South Padre Island—one of the largest and most sought-after vacation spots on the island. This is the perfect getaway if you’re looking for unbeatable beach access, plenty of space, and a great view, all at an affordable price.

Our condo offers plenty of room for families or groups, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area—comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and furnished balcony with a beach view make it easy to settle in and relax.

While the condo is clean, functional, and well-maintained, it is not a luxury unit. Some areas are a bit dated and could use a few touch-ups—but that’s why we’ve priced it to be one of the best values in the complex. Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront rea sort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-This vacation home does NOT allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment due 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
