All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Enjoy the ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably in the cushy rocking chair or on the couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. Put your feet up in the evening while watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV.

Enjoy the beautiful granite countertops while exercising your culinary expertise to whip up scrumptious meals in the open, fully stocked kitchen. It has a large pantry to fill with your favorite foods. Enjoy a meal with the family around the dining table, which fits 6 guests comfortably and has 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
In the primary bedroom, wake up each morning to the exquisite sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico while snug beneath the covers of the king-size bed. Take a break from your fun-filled day in the afternoon to nap on the cozy bed. It has ample storage in the large dresser, two-drawer nightstands, and closet. Additional amenities include a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV. Pamper yourself in the primary ensuite, and take a hot shower to relax your tired muscles at the end of the day.
The spacious guest bedroom boasts two full-size beds to ensure a restful sleep. It's the perfect spot to take a break in the afternoon to lay back and watch a show on the flat-screen TV. Store your belongings in the 7-drawer dresser and closet during your stay to feel more at home. Freshen up in the lovely guest bathroom, which features a gorgeous granite vanity with storage space below for toiletries.

The Saida Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Stroll around the spacious courtyard adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Stop by the activity center (seasonal) to rent equipment for a thrilling game of tennis, four courts available, or a competitive game of shuffleboard. Take a dip in one of three dazzling beachfront swimming pools (heated in the winter). Quench your thirst with a refreshing, cool drink from one of two poolside snack bars (seasonal). Lounge chairs surround each sparkling pool to attain a sun-kissed glow while you lie back and listen to the relaxing ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and the crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal beach rentals are available (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) In the evening, unwind in one of four hot tubs as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

If you decide to leave Saida Condominium Community for a bite, there are local favorites within walking distance: Ceviche Ceviche, Russo's Pizzeria South Padre Island, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Further up the island, experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe various bird species and alligators at South Padre Island World Birding Center. A few more miles north is the Island Adventure Park for horseback riding and zip lining over the dunes. Isla Blanca Beach Waterpark is heading south with outdoor and indoor water features and rides. Osprey Cruises and Isla Tours offer adventures on the Bay, including dolphin spotting and parasailing.

Family weekend fun !!

My family and I stayed 3 nights at SPI. No complaints at all! Condo was larger than I expected , great roomy kitchen and clean.. my son loved the extra large tv in the living room . The condo was very clean , large and had all essential amenities! We also loved the 3 large pools . Had some burgers and plenty of drinks down at the pools-side huts .

Major update needed.

The room was so out dated, the claustrophobic restroom, popcorn ceilings, from the furniture so itchy, ,to the elevator dirty, the lack of room service, having to get new towels each day at the check in spot. Not a spot I enjoyed. One way in and out only. But it had a view of the beach.

Fun times with suggestions

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for our family. The security was a plus. Loved the washer and dryer. The kids enjoyed the pools and beach access was quick and safe! The toiletries could have been better. For a family of 8 we were given travel size items. Going to an offsite location for toiletries, towels and linens was a hassle. We had to visit the offsite cause the room didn’t have laundry pods like the listing said. For the price we paid we should have gotten a handful of samples and not just stocked for one person. Also, The floors were all sandy when we got there. A vacuum should have been done.
