Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier, beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, outdoor bar & grill, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds and bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is located within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
Saida IV 203 is an exceptional two bedroom condo, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Each bedroom also has ceiling fan to keep you cool after a great day on the beach with family. There are also two full baths with walk in showers and stocked with amenities. Located at the beautiful Saida Towers Condominium, this condo offers direct ocean access to the pristine sandy beach and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll love taking a leisurely stroll through the spacious courtyard adorned with exotic foliage that perfectly complements your tropical escape.
Wake up to a refreshing sea breeze and start your day with breakfast on the oceanfront furnished balcony, taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean. In the afternoon, relax with your favorite book and a drink while listening to the soothing sound of the ocean waves.
The living and dining rooms are filled with natural light and provide ample space for the whole party to enjoy together. Floor-to-ceiling windows with plantation shutters offer mesmerizing views of the ocean, while the plush couch, loveseat and armchair offer ultimate comfort for lounging. Unwind in the evening by watching a movie on the flat screen TV. The unit includes art by local artists for your enjoyment.
The fully stocked kitchen boasts ample space for cooking up your favorite meals. The dining table comfortably seats 7 guests, while 3 additional seats are available at the breakfast bar. Take advantage of the balcony's stunning views and enjoy your meals alfresco while cherishing quality time with your loved ones.
Retreat to the spa-like primary bath, featuring double sinks and plenty of storage for your toiletries. After a day of fun in the sun, rinse off the salty sand in the beautifully tiled walk-in shower and indulge in a well-deserved pampering session. The guest bathroom also has a tiled walk-in shower.
