WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Welcome to our vacation home at Saida Towers. The plush seats are great for lounging and watching a good movie on our flat-screen TV, equipped with cable. The living area is also perfect for conversations with friends or a fun family game night. The beachfront balcony is just outside the living room. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, and you can enjoy some snacks or a nice meal while enjoying a gorgeous view of the beach and the Saida Tower amenities. In our dining area, there is a table that seats six. Gather the family around the table for a nice meal or take-out from one of the many local eateries. Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Visit the local grocery, The Blue Marlin, and whip up your family's favorite meal. After a long day at the beach and visiting the great local attractions, come on back and shower off in one of our 2 bathrooms. Then you and the family can drift off to sleep in one of two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom features 2 full-sized beds. There is also a sofa sleeper located in the living area. Our vacation home is the perfect place to enjoy a nice vacation, close to the beach.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Great holiday memories were made here! However, condo was run down - simple upgrades could make it cleaner and more welcoming - there were teeny tiny ants in the kitchen - I think there was mold in the ceiling above the dining room table. Check in and out was easy - location on the beach was exactly what we were looking for.

Extremely unhappy, we killed three roaches & had to hide all of the food in the microwave because ants were everywhere. Mildew made allergies awful. Old sofas & patio funature are too uncomfortable to sit on and filthy. The downstairs neighbors partied so loudly it was impossible to sleep until I had to call the police at 2:30 a m. because the 1 guard was the only one on duty in the guard shack and could not leave his post. The swimming pools are filthy. I have stayed at Saida too many times to count, but will never be back. The view of the beach is tbe only good feature

Nice Condo

Nice property and great location. The condo itself was clean and while the beds were new and comfortable, the rest of the furniture was a little outdated. Could really use a new coffee pot. The hot plate on it was rusted but still workable. Also had to use bottled water for coffee because the tap water had a funky taste. The elevator also went down the day before we left for a few hours, so had to carry a cooler up 5 flights. It was fixed that evening but was down again when we were leaving so had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs. The balcony was great with wonderful views.

Awesome condo

The condo was very spacious and clean. We did have a problem with ants on the kitchen counters and guest bedroom, so we were not able to leave anything out on them. The master bed was not real comfortable. The pools were really nice and the view was unbelievable. Sunsets were gorgeous. I would come back again!

Master bed was literally broken in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Rust in the kitchen sink. Very low water pressure which when showering off sand from Padre is not a good thing. Floors were not clean based on bare foot test. Great location but needs a lot of updates

Awesome Ocean front View

Apt in fantastic location for an upfront ocean view! Super easy check in/out. My father is 80 and not able to enjoy the great amenities this complex offers but loved the view which is what he wanted. Apt is a little older but it has a big walk in shower for those individuals that are a little older in the master bath & second bath was tub/shower combo. Too long of a shower curtain liner in tub though. Big open floor plan space, nice roomy bedrooms, stocked kitchen with all sorts of pans & pots, only downside were the floors were dirty my feet were black in no time & there were only 2 of us so seems housekeeping didn’t wash floors. However, I still rate this place a 5 out of 5
can’t beat the view & accessibility!! Thank you owners for sharing your home with us!!!!!!

Excellent Unit

We thoroughly enjoyed Saida 1 Unit 506. The oversized patio was perfect for dining alfresco and the views were perfect. The few hiccups we had (refrigerator wasn’t cooling correctly and the patio light was out) were remedied almost immediately with a new fridge and bulb. The elevator was out for approximately 12 hours of our stay but that was also fixed before our departure. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this unit.
