This charming 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo is the perfect spot for a beach vacation with family and friends!

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

Located on the 2nd floor, this renovated condo features updated tile flooring throughout. The kitchen and living room area is an open concept. The living area offers guests plenty of seating space to sit, relax, socialize with friends, and look at the ocean! The flat screen tv is perfect for watching sporting events, news, movies, and shows. Guests will love preparing meals in the newly remodeled kitchen, which is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The large granite kitchen countertop allows a spacious area to prep food. ***THIS CONDO DOES NOT HAVE AN OVEN.*** Located off the living area is a spacious beachfront balcony where guests can feel the ocean breeze in their face, and take in views of South Padre's beautiful beaches and the Gulf of Mexico! The master bedroom features a coastal and comfy king size bed. There is a flat screen tv in this room as well for guest's viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. The guest room is large and entails a queen bed and twin bed. This room also has a flat screen tv.

Sea Vista #224 is located next to the pool area, making it a quick walk from the front door to the beautiful pool. The pool features lounge chairs, plenty of tanning areas, and a hot tub! Guests can walk to the beach easily by using the private beach access at the condominium complex.

The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities you could possibly want in a vacation rental. However, the hotel next door has late night dance parties with VERY LOUD music that goes till 2 am. Even though the doors and windows were completely closed and the kids were in the farthest room, they could still hear it very loudly. But this particular apartment was nicely decorated, the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and dishes and the communication from the management company was excellent. The super close proximity of the beach was the best part! I wish the management of Sea Vista Apartments would talk to the nearby hotel - either lower the volume or stop by midnight. Usually people with families or kids stay in apartments. Also, a water filling station in the apartment complex would be awesome.

Family vacation

Was amazing however the unit we were in was next to holiday in express and the they would put music on at about 7:30 every morning and stayed on until 11:00pm at night so you could here it quite well in our unit. I called holiday in and asked if they could turn it down or even off there was No one listening to it at there pool becouse no one was there. They did not hqvw any blind in the sore room that over looked the pool so we would have to shut to hurricane shutters to change Overall was a great vacation

4th of july stay

It was great, the only thing is that access to the beach required a code to the main building doors which did not always work; thankfully, there were people coming and going. Other than that, the location/place was great. some parking was limited, but it was a gated community type area. Would stay there again.

Beach Getaway

Enjoyed my stay! The beach is walking distance away so was able to go for morning walks or return for evenings on the beach. Everything was conveniently located (i.e. dolphin/fireworks cruises) and stores. My only feedback would be the air conditioning seems to not work as well in the evenings. The fans provided were a must each night.

Great location. Not so great condition.

The property is in a great location. Feels like your own private beach. Unfortunately the condo was not as clean as expected. We had to sweep and mop when we arrived. The footboard of the bed frame in the master bed was broken so the mattress was at an angle. Not very comfortable to sleep. The condo is also infested with sugar ants. Any food left on the counter was covered with ants within a few minutes. These issues were reported to maintenance and they offered to come spray for the ants and fix the bed but we chose to avoid the intrusion and asked them to fix it for the next guests. The issue with the bed should have been fixed prior to our arrival since it was obviously broken and housekeeping should have reported it when they changed the linens.

Excellent location with fun amenities

The condo was nice and updated with plenty of space and what we loved most was that it’s right on the beach! The condo had plenty of beach toys for the kids. We loved the pool and tennis/pickleball courts as well. We were right next to them and used them every day. We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Location on the Beach!

We loved the location of this condo—beachfront only a short walk down the pathway to the beach! Very clean with plenty of space for our family! It is a second floor unit with no elevator access which was a bit of inconvenience as we had a heavy Yeti cooler and luggage to take up and down, but at the same time we loved that it had a private outdoor stairway shared with only one other unit (with COVID we liked not having to take an elevator to avoid contact with others). Nice view of the beach from the balcony, and of the pool. We would definitely like to stay at this condo again (can’t beat the proximity to the beach)!

Great condo

We had a great experience here. The place was clean and nice. There was 1 problem the king size bed is broken we had to remove the mattress and put the wood to hold the bed in place.
