The Space:
Wonderful, quiet family oriented 8 plex less than 1 easy block walk to beach
Watch the kids safely swim from your patio that overlooks the shallow pool.
Kitchen has all utencils, blender, toaster, coffee maker (coffee, filter/creamer/sugar substitute all included) all linens, towels, and basic soaps
Super convenient location is walkable to half a dozen restaurants, a convenience store, even the Dollar Store.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

Condo is super fresh inside, needs nothing, all maintenance and stock of all you need inside ready to go!
Max is 6 in this wonderful condo per hoa
While many condos on the island have out dated furniture, this condo is 100% ready to go with a very beachy feel to it. Light caribbean color vibe too.

You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. The condo is located in a quiet, family-friendly complex, and you'll have easy access to the beach, just a short walk away. Please note, the pool has a private code for access.

Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, our condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. You're just a short walk away from the beautiful beach, ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or a leisurely stroll. For dining, you can walk to Kelly's Irish Pub or grab a burger at Burger Fi, both offering delicious options. A convenience store and even a Dollar Store are also within easy walking distance. The area is known for its laid-back atmosphere, making it a great choice for families. Enjoy the ease of accessing everything you need, from groceries to entertainment, right at your doorstep.
Getting Around:
Getting around South Padre Island is easy! Free off-street parking is available for your convenience. While public transportation options on the island are limited, the condo's central location means you're within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. For trips further afield, consider using ride-sharing services or taxis. The nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 40-minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
Important Notes: Please note the primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present at check-in. An e-sign rental agreement and photo ID are required after booking to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A starter pack of essentials is provided; for longer stays, you may need to bring extra supplies. No smoking, parties, or loud noises are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. The pool is open from 8 AM to 9 PM. Please ensure all dishes are washed and the thermostat is set to 78 degrees at check-out, and all trash is taken out. Free off-street parking is available. Pets are generally not allowed unless the listing specifies otherwise. Unauthorized guests are not permitted. We are here to help, so please message us with any questions!
