This 4th floor 1 bedroom at Florence II condos sits right on the beach. A short walk through the pool & hot tub area and you are on the beach. The private balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. A king in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in living area will sleep 4 guests. Smart TV's with cable and Showtime.
Our Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils & pots and pans. We provide beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler for our guests to use. WIFI and assigned parking.

The view in this spacious 1 bedroom beachfront unit can't be beat. Feel your cares float away as you relax on your private balcony listening to the sounds of waves. For early risers, sunrises are especially beautiful over the Gulf of Mexico. These views can be seen from the living area. There is a queen sofa sleeper and love seat and a smart TV with cable and Showtime. We have a pack & play for the little one.
Enjoy your king bedroom with a smart tv with cable and Showtime. The large bathroom has a new tub shower combo, a large sink vanity and plenty of nice towels. We also provide beach towels. There are two entrances to the bathroom, one from the bedroom and another from the living area.
Our Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils & pots and pans. Just bring all your own food items.
The gated pool (heated seasonally) and hot tub area overlook the beautiful gulf waters. Private beach access is just steps to the beach. We provide beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler for our guests to use.
Florence II is a small complex and lends a more personal feel to your time here. You won't get lost in the big resort shuffle!
We are on the north side of the island, which is away from all the hustle & bustle but still walking distance to many places.
The Island Metro, SPI's free bus picks up right in front of the condo and operates until 9:00 pm.

Florence II is a family-oriented complex. During Spring Break guests must be over age 25 or traveling as a family unit of parents with children. These dates change each year. Please reach out prior to booking if you need more info about dates.
Starter supplies provided- coffee filters, paper towels,2 extra trash bags, 2 TP per bathroom, dish soap, dishwasher soap, liquid hand soap, small bath soap, small shampoo.

House Rules
Your digital signature is required on our rental agreement. The rental agreement signature request link will go out to you right after booking. Self check in entry instructions and door code will go out 24 hours before arrival provided you have previously signed the rental agreement.
All guests must adhere to the rules of the building which are located inside the condo.
Please be considerate of others in the building.
Guests must not exceed 4 persons.
Pets are not allowed at this building.
Quiet time is 11pm

Check out: 11:00 am or before
Parking: This condo has a reserved space. One parking permit is provided in the condo. There are a few unreserved guest parking spaces. There is also parking along Gulf Blvd. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second permit, please request it ahead of arrival so we can have it in the condo for you. Do not park in another reserved space or you may risk having your vehicle towed.
Starter supplies provided: Coffee filters, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, an extra trash bag. Each bathroom has hand soap, a small bath soap, small shampoo, 2 rolls of TP.
No food items are in the condo.
Towels: Please do not use white towels to remove make up or clean shoes, cars etc. Soiled and lost towels will be charged to you.
