The sliding door leading out to back patio in master bedroom did not work neither did the sliding door to the front patio the master bedroom room bed when we laid on in it has issues with the springs and caving in as well it was not a good sleep while we were there the toilet seats need to be replaced they move when sat on and the finish has come off on the seats as well.

Checking in was a breeze the kitchen facility had everything you need to cook a meal to pouring a cup of coffee Bedrooms were clean and neat master bedroom was very spacious the pool was decent size but,the only thing that was on the property that was in the description was the pool table and other game table but other than that everything was accommodating and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

It was OK. However, we did not have enough bedding for 11 people. We called for more, however we already bought some bedding prior to them bringing more. Furniture not comfortable. Place needs updating.

Pre-Christmas Getaway

The property is lovely, very clean, and included everything we needed to get started - I would suggest a couple of potholders and additional kitchen towel would be helpful. The only negative thing I want to say is regarding the out of town Vacasa property management. They were completely disconnected and didn't report an issue with the hot tub to the local management - also didn't provide me with a local number to contact. I reported the issue within a few hours of our arrival, and no one came to look for the entire 3 days of our stay. The issue made the hot tub unusable due to poor filtration. As we were packing the vehicles to leave, a technician came, and within minutes, the problem was resolved. Once the local Vacasa property management office was contacted, it seems the resolution was quick and efficient. They called me personally to discuss it and made every effort to apologize and make it right. I appreciate their efforts and concern, and am very pleased with the folks who are local to South Padre Island. I would be hesitant to rent from Vacasa again, though, unless I could have the contact information for the local office in advance of arrival.

Review

Overall the property was nice. We did have issues with the main entry door as the lock pad was not working properly so we had to leave it unlocked during our entire stay. The garage fridge had fish blood which smelled horribly. It was cleaned up the following day. There were also ants on the living room sofa which that issue was not fixed.

Great home

The home was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. We had two toddlers and it was nice that they had a baby gate on one set of the stairs and we had a gate for the other set which made it easier to not worry about the kids. The only complaints was upon arrival we did find beer cans from previous tenants in the closet and there were lots of aunts around the pool, but nothing terrible.

Great stay at a great place.

Our stay was great but could have been better. The pool filter was not working properly because the water was a little murky not clear like the neighboring pools. The code locking mechanism on the door malfunctioned on the second night of our stay. Called customer service in order for them to give us the code for the physical key which was in a small lock box itself. Other than that, everything else was a pleasant experience.

Great time!

Checking in and out was effortless. The property was clean and well maintained with all essential items provided. Plenty of room for a number of guests of all ages. Centrally located with an easy walk to the beach. We had a great time and would stay here again.

The townhouse was great. It was clean and the location was pretty central and it was a short walk to the beach. Our only complaint is that the hot tub took hours to warm up (like 3+). Other than that we loved the house and would love to come back next year!

Good location bad maintenance

The property is in a good location. - Pool is not cleaned when we arrived and there was no update/answer from property management - Kitchen dishwasher was broken and is not working - lower room did not get hot water and one of the tub is clogged.
