Welcome to 107 E. Oleander! This gorgeous 3-story private home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests, and has all the coastal charm you could ask for. Enter the front door through the second-floor entryway and be greeted by a beautiful living room with ample seating around a large flat-screen TV. Just off the living room is the dining area and the first guest bedroom equipped with a full size bed. The kitchen is also on this level and is fully stocked for you and your guests to cook and enjoy delicious vacation meals. Take the stairs up to the 3rd floor master bedroom. The spacious master provides a king size bed, flat-screen TV, private master bathroom and a private balcony. The private master bathroom entails an oversized soaking bathtub, stand-alone shower and double sink vanity area. Guests have the option between two guest bedrooms also located on the 3rd floor. The first guest bedroom features a full-size bed and the second bedroom a queen size bed. Both have access to a shared guest bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower. The 3rd floor also features a large balcony overlooking the pool area and tropical views of South Padre Island!

The ground floor features the 5th bedroom equipped with a king size bed and flat-screen TV as well as a private bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower. This guest bedroom also has access to the back patio area where you will find your very own private pool! Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling water, lounge poolside and cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ! When you're ready to be on the beach with your toes in the sand, take a short walk to the nearby beach access. It's just 1/2 block from your front door!

Every stay at 107 E. Oleander includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Nice amenities and smart TVs making it easy to access my You Tube TV. A charcoal and a gas grill, both in pretty good shape. Every room was well decorated, our family had a great time with plenty of space and bathrooms!

Home away from home

I don’t even know where to begin but this listing was everything and more! The pictures on line do not do the home justice. All the bedrooms, bathroom decorated to a T. This was an absolute perfect place to stay for our family of 12. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could think of needing. An abundance of pots, pans etc. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit while we were there but the home was very accommodating so we were able to make the best of it while indoors and hopped in the pool when the rain gave us a break. The SPI rental company were great from the beginning to the end and always quick to respond with anything needed or question asked. We have been visiting the island for about 15 years now but this was our first time renting a house and we all decided that we will continue to do so from now on. Thank you SPI rentals.

Awesome beach house!

The house was very nice, spacious for the whole family, and clean. I loved the balconies and the pool! I also liked that there is a souvenir store right around the corner, a gas station a block away, and the beach access is only 1/2 block from the house. Great experience! I would consider renting this house again in the future!

The place was great! Very spaces but lots of stairs and there’s new construction next door

My experience was a good one! The communication was great! We did have one major maintenance issue our last night there with a water heater leak however, they took care of the issue within a few hours! It was nothing that they could control but they definitely took care of it!

Excellent property and location

Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was well stocked with eating and cooking utensils. Only a short block to the beach made beach time as well as pool time easy to enjoy! We did not need to contact managment during our stay but everytime we interacted with them they were profesional and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great family beach house

The property was great for our group of three couples and teenage kids. One couple drew the short straw and had to share a small room with a double bed, which was less comfortable. However the two rooms with king beds and in suite baths were very comfortable. Nicely decorated and on a quiet street with less than a block to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

All about the salt life..

This property was great and central to everything so you can walk if you needed to. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days and, yes, it'll fit in the garage. The only thing I would encourage SPI (management company) to do is leave some basics in the house. We were given 3 trash bags. Why not just the box? There are two coffee pots but no filters (I left some there ;-0). And we were given 4 dishwasher pods..why not just leave the container? You get the idea...just plan on heading to the Blue Marlin (grocery store) for supplies. Don't miss the fresh tortillas!

Big house lots of space walking distance to beach and restaurants

The room off the living room is a full or queen bed now not a bunk. We had 11 people stay at this house and we had plenty of room. The house had everything listed on here. The only thing I wish I had know is that you have to go to rental office and get keys from them, and then drop them off at check out. This was alittle frustrating just because this is the 1st time we had to do it, and we had been in the car 7 hours to get there. Rental office people were quick to address anything and very nice. I had answers from them pretty much immediately which was nice. There was plenty of tp and paper towels,and a trash bag a day. The garage people rolled the trash can to curb themselves so we didnt have to do that which was nice. Overall it was a great house and we would totally rent it again. There was plenty of space in the backyard to play cornhole and outdoor activities while people were swimming. Every tv had Netflix logged in which was nice. We walked to three restaurants from the house which was nice to not have to load everyone in the car and drive. Each bathroom had 2 to 3 towels. There was 2 boxes of laundry detergent so you can wash towels. Downstairs bedroom is alittle warm if the living room area is perfect. So to make downstairs cool loving room is freezing. All these were minor issues and didnt effect how much we enjoyed staying at this house. There is alot of stairs from downstairs bedroom to main floor, to upstairs floor could be tricky with little ones. My 5 year old had no problems. Neighbors are close like you would expect at a beach house.
