Terra Mar unités B (en bas) et D (à l'étage) sont deux unités d'un 4-plex situé à un pùté de maisons de la plage. Cette liste est pour l'unité B (bas). Chaque unité est 1100 sq. Ft. Avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes. La chambre principale a un lit queen size, la deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux, et il ya deux pliant lits jumeaux. Nous ne permettons jusqu'à 10 personnes mais seulement fournissons literie et les draps pour 6 occupants.

Chaque unité est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, cuisiniÚre, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetiÚre, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Chacune dispose d'une laveuse, sécheuse, télévision par cùble et WIFI. Unité B a un petit, clos arriÚre-cour avec un barbecue, et l'unité D a un avant et balcon arriÚre avec un barbecue.

4th of July Stay!

My family and I stayed at this property for five days during the 4th of July holiday. The host was amazingly helpful and accommodating. I had to contact her late one night regarding a minor issue. She was very kind and gave guidance to resolve issue. We will definitely book again with this host!

Great rental!!

My family and I stayed here for a small getaway while meeting up with our family 4 houses down. It was such a great location close enough to the town but not too close because the amount of people during the weekend was CRAZY! It was about a block away from beach access. MUCH bigger than the pictures, clean and host was quick with communication. We did not run into any issues with this stay so it was perfect! Thank you so much!!

Perfect home away from home

We, a party of 10, comfortably stayed in this condo. It was affordable and cozy. Fully equipped for our week stay. The walk to the beach was so short! All the shops are close by, great restaurants! We loved grocery shopping and cooking ourselves in the adorable kitchen. Will come back for sure!

Clean, quiet, perfect

Kitchen was clean and reasonably well equipped. Livingroom, bedrooms, and bathrooms were clean. Landlord was responsive. Newer side loader full size washer and dryer were very nice. Walk a short block to the beach. Make sure you find out what's there before you buy what you need. Also, the parking spot for unit B is marked above the parking spaces on the bottom of the balcony. It's the left parking spot in the right driveway. Only slight negative is the TV is a little old but if you're watching it, you're missing the point of being there.

Wonderful experience

The condo was wonderful especially for the price we paid! We had no issues at all. The location was great. It was a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for all eight of us. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Perfect location and great place

Debbie is a great host! Our family rented out both upper and lower duplexes for our stay and she has everything you need in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach on one side and gas station on the other side. Debbie is fast at replying to messages even when I probably bugging too much. Clean, spacious, and located perfectly. Will return to Debbie’s place!

Family Vacation Stay was amazing

This property was amazing and clean. Easy access to the beach. Also was very spacious. Me and my family had a Rocky start and thought we were about to cancel trip. So trying to contact the property owner was very easy and she responded quick and was willing to work with me on a better date. I’m just glad we were able to make it. Me and my Family slept very comfortable in this home. I would book Again in the future.
