Our vacation home is specifically equipped to enhance your stay on South Padre Island. We have cable TV, HBO, DVD players, a reverse osmosis water filtration system, an in-unit washer and dryer, two ensuite showers, a private balcony with a breathtaking view, and heavy, study-like furnishings that delightfully contrast the bright, beachy sunshine streaming through our huge windows. You'll also love the community grill area, pool, hot tub, and tennis court areas. -We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
