Le Edgewater Condominium est un pittoresque bùtiment de cinq étages en bord de mer avec parking sécurisé et entrées, piscine chauffée, bain à remous, courts de tennis, ascenseur, aménagement paysager tropical et plus encore!Cette unité est située au troisiÚme étage, offrant une vue incroyable sur la plage et le golfe du Mexique. Un salon spacieux donne sur votre balcon privé à la plage. Les chambres à coucher comprennent; un lit king size dans la chambre principale, il y a deux lits jumeaux et un lit double dans la deuxiÚme et la troisiÚme chambre (lits jumeaux / superposés avec un lit double sur un plein) l'unité a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances en famille , y compris WIFI, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, téléphone, télévision par cùble, et laveuse et sécheuse.

Paradise on Earth

We were a group of six women ages 60-69 and had a wonderful time at Edgewater 301. The condo was very clean and property well maintained and secure. We had a couple small issues and called Franke Rental and they were always courteous and very helpful. The response time to fix the issues was beyond amazing. You can walk to basically everywhere you would need to go. Grocery store, etc. about a half mile away. Would highly recommend this unit to couples, families, and friend groups. Thanks for sharing your piece of Paradise on Earth with us!

Great!

This place was in a great location, had a great view and had a bathroom for each bedroom! The complex isn't so big that it is crazy crowded but not so small that it didn't have nice amenities. I would have liked to have smart tv's and a keyless entry but definitely not a deal breaker! loved it and thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay there!

Great location and view but could use some updating

We had a great time during our stay at the Edgewater! October was a great time to visit South Padre as it was not crowded. We had a large part of the beach to ourselves and usually had the pool to ourselves as well. Pros: -The Edgewater is in a great location in that it's fairly quiet but you're really close to anything you'd want to do on South Padre. -The unit itself was spacious and well equipped. -The view from the balcony is great. -Parking was easy. Cons -The mattresses were old and weren't very comfortable. -The deck furniture was worn out and partially broken. -The carpet was stained in places. -Overall the unit felt a little dated. It could use a refresh (carpet, paint, mattresses/pillows, etc). -The unit also wasn't as clean as we'd have expected when we arrived. Some of the issues were probably due to the condo sitting vacant for a week or two before we arrived, but not all. Obviously you don't expect to have to reclean a place when you pay a cleaning fee. We contacted the owners and they did offer to have housekeeping come and do a touch up, but we had already corrected the issues by that point. Overall we had a great time in South Padre at the Edgewater, and we'd stay there again! We'd recommend management consider a refresh of the unit though - a little work would make a big impact!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The condo met all of our expectations and had a fabulous view. The building, grounds, pool, parking lot were very well cared for and had great access to the beach. Our only complaint was the comfort of the mattresses. They all sagged and ready for replacement.

Great family condo

Overall, this property met all our needs. Some areas could use a renovation for the price point but there wasn't anything not working. We appreciated the size (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms), beach stuff (there was closet of stuff and even a ice chest), and heated pool plus balcony and beach views. Big clean condo exactly as described. Beautiful views with wraparound patio. Furnishings and accommodations very comfortable. Kevin was very accessible and responsive to our questions. Couldn’t ask for more. Will return here when bringing family to SPI.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Management!

The location was newly renovated and very nice. The wrap around balcony was awesome, and the view of the ocean in the morning was great. The location was perfect, and the management team was very responsive to any issues that came up. I would love to stay there again! Shout out to Kevin Franke for being very helpful through the whole process.

The condo was very roomy and clean. Kitchen was great and had everything you would need. The pool was great and it is just a sort walk to the beach. Although we did not know that we could rent chairs from a rental company, however, another condo stayer gave us the information so we could them.

A fun week at the beach for the women in our family.

The condo is very convenient and the beach access was great. Although a bit dated, the accommodations were clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a sisters & daughters week at the beach; a party of 6. Perfect for family vacation on the beach

Comfortable condo with great views, beach access, swimming pool and nearby to lots of the island's attractions. Equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed golfing and deep sea fishing from nearby marina while kids hit the beach. Run by a very professional management company available to handle any issues.
