Summary:
Our spacious family 2 bedr/2 bath 2nd floor floor condo that has all tile.fllors & assured super clean. Just 1 short block from the beach.
Great pool for lounging or tiring out the kiddos
* Open & Modern fully equipped kitchen for easy family meals
* Master bedr has en suite full bath & private balcony. 2nd bedr has full size bed + 2Twin bunks.- living room w/pull out couch
* Superb walkable location to dozens of bars & restaurants

The Space:
Dom's Beach Retreat is one of our best walk to beach two bedroom condos!
Our favorite things:
*Less than 5 minute walk to public beach access and on the east side of the busy main drag so less worry with your kids
*Tons of sleeping space with all the beds - the pull out couch you will find makes it almost like a 3 bedroom. Most 2 bedroom condos don't have so much bedding
*While the HOA doesn't allow BBQ by the pool in the back, and despite the fact you may go to the beach all day - your kids can enjoy & you get some early night peace & quiet while they splash at sunset. If they are old enough, there is actually a small patio off the bedroom you can watch from.
*The all tile floors mean very clean situation, especially if you have allergies
*Every bedroom + living room has a Smart TV - again if you have kids it's very convenient at night to settle everyone in (if you can't tell I have little boys :)
*High speed wifi/internet though the Island does have less than perfect up time every now and then (welcome to Island life!)
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
*The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, full size stove & fridge so you can save money with easy breakfast tacos, pizzas, fajitas, at home. Plus avoid long restaurant waits & the overall hassle after a long day in the sun
*Off street free parking for 2 vehicles - though it is not allowed to park extras along the street. Remember this is a four plex, you are renting one of the 4 condos here. The 2nd floor is up 1 flight of stairs and we think superior to ground floor as less noise from above for better sleep!
You will discover the 2 full bathrooms & stackable washer & dryer all come in very handy as well!
We provide basic starter pack of toiletries, trash bags, soaps etc though not unlimited nor replenished. Fresh towels & linens are provided with your stay. Provided you stay 3 nights or more, you an exchange at no charge towels and linens at our office South Padre Trips, 2600 Padre Blvd locally managed
Please message us for active military discounts and special off season discounts for 3 or more nights Sept 15 to Dec 15th :)
Prior to booking, it is very important that you read over and agree to ALL house rules prior to booking as we have a strict cancel policy and do not offer refunds.
We want no one disappointed there, so please - feel free to message us prior to booking we would be more than happy to answer any questions you have before you book :)
Door codes are provided the day of check in via text message to your cell phone prior to 3 pm.

This property does require a few things after the booking is made on airbnb:
1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1 time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure against damages
OR
You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request.
We provide an electronic code to enter via text message to number on file to the property prior to 3 pm day of check in, not before.
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules, and paid either the $59 fee for the damage cover plan OR paid the $500 refundable damage deposit all are handled thru the airbnb resolution center.
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.

Walk to beach location on the east side of Padre Blvd at 115 E Gardenia, a very nice street. This is unit 4 upstairs 2nd floor in a 4 plex
Getting Around:
There is BBs Taxi or City Taxi as uber and lyft rarely have drivers. The Island Transit is a free tourist bus with various stops along padre blvd from 8 am to 7 pm daily.
Other Things to Note:
We provide a door code by 3 pm to the number on file on the reservation via text message provided your have E signed the rental agreement along with attached a photo of your picture ID.
You must have paid the $59 damage coverage program OR a $500 refundable damage deposit via the airbnb resolution center as indicated on the house rules of the listing
Our City of South Padre Island Short Term Rental License is available upon request
