Welcome to 114 E. Mars! This picturesque, two-story beach house was remodeled in 2022 and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, beautiful interior decor and has an amazing backyard area with a private pool and hot tub! This home is also located less than 1/2 a block from South Padre Island's beautiful beach!

The front door opens to the ground level of the home. The 1st floor features all new flooring, two of the guest bedrooms, as well as a guest bathroom & the laundry room with a washer & dryer. The first bedroom is equipped with two sets of full over full bunk beds with twin trundles. This room also entails a twin day bed with twin trundle bed, perfect for accommodating two more children or teenagers. The room has a flat-screen TV and can sleep 10-12 children or teenagers comfortably. The second ground floor room entails two queen-size beds and a flat-screen TV. This room has access to the pool area in the backyard.

The second level of this spacious beach house features the kitchen, dining and spacious living area, as well as the third guest room and Master suite. The living room is beautifully decorated with two large couches and sitting chairs that provide plenty of seating space for guests to enjoy conversations with family and friends while watching the large flat screen tv.
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven & stove. The cabinetry is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils and the large center island countertop provides ample space to make delicious home-cooked meals! Just down the hall, you'll find the third guest bedroom that features a king-size bed and flat-screen TV, as well as the second guest bathroom.

Slip away into your elegant Master bedroom! Featuring a comfortable king-+size bed, large flat-screen TV, spacious newly remodeled master bathroom with walk in tile shower and soaking tub! This room offers guests a private balcony which is perfect for morning coffee, or reading a book under the sun. You will indulge in the much need relaxation you've been looking for!

Accommodating up to 16 guests, 114 E. Mars features a massive private pool and hot tub in the backyard! Enjoy laps around the sparkling pool, soaking in the hot tub, or an afternoon of grilling and laying out poolside with family & friends! Guests have ample parking for four vehicles in the driveway.

When you're ready to put your toes in the sand and gaze at the ocean for miles and miles, South Padre Island's beautiful beach is just a 1/2 block from your door!

E Mars includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. My family and I just stayed here for a family vacation and we loved it. It had everything we needed to accommodate our stay, and it was not even a 2 min walk from the beach! Everything was right there if we needed to run to the store, we rode the golf cart there. Would 10/10 recommend this place for your next stay!

Just what we needed!

We loved our stay in SPI. The place was just what we needed for our girls weekend. Close to the beach, easy to get around to restaurants. We had trouble figuring out the hot tub and the rental company was very responsive in helping us figure it out.

Beautiful house and very spacious, lovely porch all around, kitchen is very well stocked, beds super comfy, beautiful beach decor, smart tv's all around the house. Excellent location, 3 min walk to the beach and very safe area. The whole family loved and enjoyed our stay. Nice home with excellent location. Early issue with hot tub, but persistent maintenance crew was able to repair to make our stay truly enjoyable. Check-in and checkout were very easy, with courteous staff. We could be persuaded to stay here again.

Fantastic stay with SPI Rentals. Highly recommend!

Our recent stay with SPI rentals was fantastic. we were flying in from all over the country for a wedding and was truly a perfect location for the whole group reunion for all ages. The younger kids had a great time in the pool while the adults soaked our old bones in the hot tub. Very easy to communicate with the host and wildly helpful and responsive to anything we needed. perfect location for a 2 min walk to the beach for sunrise meditations and relaxation in the afternoon. highly recommend this location . perfect for all ages.

Amazing

Beautiful space for our multi family vacation! I hope to come back to the exact same spot next year! Clean, plenty of hangout space, beautiful views, the pool and backyard was gorgeous! Every kid and parents dream. The ocean was very close! I wish this place was my home!

Great house to stay at. The house is pretty much exactly like the pictures. Very spacious and clean. The pool was the cleanest out of all the other houses we've rented from SPI Rentals and the jacuzzi heated very well. The lights in the pool and around the backyard really gave it a great vibe. Another big plus to that the house is only a 3 three minute walk to the beach.

Great family beach home that accommodated our family of 13 who visited. Everyone felt comfortable and cozy in their rooms. The kitchen is open to the family room with a nice porch that wraps around the home. The pantry and kitchen was easy to house our groceries to cook!! Laundry room with vacuum, broom, and mop allowed us to keep everything clean! The bunk room worked great for our kiddos plus the pool/spa was a bonus!!! Always something to do!!!

Can't wait to come back

When we arrived we had a small hiccup with the door code, but once i called they were there to help immediately. The house exceeded my expectations! We were a group of 7 and we loved having extra space to just chill. The pool area was amazing! Location was excellent! I was nervous about the distance to the beach as we brought a 3yo. It was very easily walkable! No complaints! We will definitely return!!

Absolutely gorgeous house and location! House was as HUGE and immaculate as it looks in the pictures! The pool area was amazing and we loved that spots where the toddlers could stand up. Best pool we've ever used. This house sleeps SO MANY PEOPLE. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with the kitchen/living area and 2 bedrooms with ajoining bath downstairs. We ended up putting the louder people that stay up later downstairs and those of us with little kids upstairs and we couldn't hear them at all. The house is HUGE. Bigger than HUGE! Anyway, it made the trip to SPI for our daughters beach wedding much easier as there was plenty of room for everyone to get ready.

McGowan Family Stay

Everything was mostly fine. Unfortunately we checked in the day the management was having their holiday party and would not respond to calls or messages. The AC would not work and while that sounds not so bad in winter, it was as the house was 77°. So a tad uncomfortable. But they did respond the next day and had it fixed by noon. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.
