Welcome to Casa Cova, where the incredible beachfront views are matched only by the warm and inviting comforts of its interior design. Casa Cova boasts the largest balconies of all three-bedroom units as well as the most central and unobstructed views. We have a dining table that seats up to eight, a canopy reading nook and built in bed with personal tv.

This condo is located on the eighth floor and has amazing views! From its modern and clean aesthetic to its countless convenient amenities, we strive to offer everything you need to make this the most memorable time spent in South Padre Island! Our kitchen is stocked with everything from a smoothie maker to a full sized breakfast griddle, Keurig coffee maker to a Sous Vide. While each bedroom offers every comfort from Smart televisions to oscillating fans and tastefully curated decor. The living room boasts a large sectional, chaise lounge, two swivel chairs and a 65-inch Smart TV. Our beachside balcony offers the most space and best views at Sapphire, along with comfortable chaise lounge and seating options. While our Bayside balcony has a stainless steel electric grille and a dining table with seating for more than 4 people and even amazing views of Space X launches and landings!

Baby crib, high chair and a pack & play are available upon request for an additional fee.

The Sapphire towers are themselves, host to the very best amenities on the entire island, including:

If you’re looking for a cabana by the pool, you can book one 24 hours in advance at the front desk. Plus, there’s no extra charge for the poolside chairs!

The Sapphire is conveniently located within minutes from restaurants, shopping plazas and also has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.

The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.

South Padre Island is lined with restaurants, cafés, shops, beachside restaurants/bars. Many locals and tourists enjoy wind surfing, fishing, dinner cruises and much more!

Please note: Margaritaville’s restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public. If you’d like access to their pool, you can purchase an access pass at the hotel`s front desk.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. For reservations at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that Sapphire Condominium strictly enforces a maximum occupancy limit of eight (8) guests, including children and infants. The Guest further agrees that exceeding the maximum occupancy limit is a violation of Sapphire Condominium rules and may result in denied access, removal, cancellation, fines, fees, penalties, or other charges, for which the Guest will be fully financially responsible.

Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: `At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`

Great getaway!

We loved the condo and the Sapphire. Beach access is a breeze and the amenities at the building are great. There is much more to do at SPI than we realized. The condo was clean, really nicely decorated, and our 10-year-old loved the little cubby bed.

On entrance the property/condo is even more beautiful than the pictures! Beds are very comfortable and condo has most kitchen items needed. We had 5 adults & 2 small children traveling. The unit was ideal with the additional built in bed and safety railing. There is a nice beach wagon and beach towels. Sylvia was phenomenal and helpful!!! Hope we can stay again.

Our favorite vacation each year

We loved our repeat visit to this property even more than the first. This property is undoubtedly the most comfortable place for our family. Every detail has been carefully thought out and planned. The rooms are relaxing, the beds comfortable, the view is breathtaking, the kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances the hosts have literally thought of everything. With direct access to the beach, our children were beyond excited to spend endless hours building sandcastles, splashing in the surf, and collecting seashells. The convenience of being a short walk away from the beach made it incredibly easy for us to pack up our beach gear and enjoy countless memorable moments together. The panoramic views of the ocean from the condo were simply breathtaking. Each morning, we eagerly gathered on the balcony, cups of coffee in hand, to witness the golden sunrise over the horizon. The soothing sounds of the waves crashing onto the shore provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation, and the uninterrupted vistas of the sparkling waters left us in awe. The interior of the condo was very modern, clean, and comfortable, perfectly suited for our family. The open-concept layout allowed for plenty of space for all of us to spread out and unwind after a day of beach adventures. The living area was beautifully furnished, and kitchen included everything we needed. We felt right at home during our stay. We cannot recommend this condo enough for families seeking a tranquil and memorable beach retreat.

Perfect Beachfront Condo

We had a great stay at Casa Cova. Provided amazing amenities (beachfront, location, fitness center, game room, and theater). The condo itself was perfect. Beautiful balcony with space to relax. Cozy living room. Kitchen had everything you need. Bedrooms were well decorated and comfortable. Unit also had a washer/dryer which wasn't in the listing, which was a nice surprise. Hosts were very attentive and helped when/if we had any questions/issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Top-notch Property

From start to finish, renting this property was stress-free. Condition of unit is pristine and beautifully decorated. Communication with owner was quick and questions were answered in a timely manner. I will definitely rent this unit in the future and recommend to friends and family.
