At The Florence, you’ll enjoy access to the on-site pool and hot tub, with a BBQ area as well as private beach walkover with shower and wash off stations. On Sunday mornings, pick up local produce and treats nearby at the South Padre Island Farmers' Market, or book a deep-sea fishing charter and explore the Gulf waters. A quick walk and you are at wanna Wanna sipping a pina colada. Beach living doesn’t get any better than this!
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.

For safety reasons no food items are provided in the condo.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
A rental agreement is required and will be sent to you for digital signature after booking.
All guests must adhere to the rules of the building.
