The new kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. A 50” smart TV has Spectrum cable with Showtime & High speed WiFi. You will sleep well on quality cotton sheets and have plenty of nice towels and even beach towels to use during your stay. The condo will accommodate 4 guests, on the Queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper. The private balcony with seating faces south with a view of the gulf.
It's a great value & right on the beach.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
