Introducing our newest addition to our rental collection, this fantastic 2-bedroom condo is now available for your vacation needs. Our condo is located on the same floor as the Adults only Jacuzzi and Swimming pool/Hot tub. We have a private entrance to the ocean, which is also just a few feet away! With a comfortable sleeping arrangements of 1 Queen bed, 2 Twins, and a Queen sofa sleeper, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy breathtaking views from the condo, which features a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and furniture. All linens, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided for your convenience. Take advantage of being one of the first guests to experience this amazing condo. Rest assured with free garage parking for 2 cars. Please note that pets are not allowed. Additional information and a rental agreement will be required for this property.


IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We do not have a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be looked after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

The owners of Inverness #302 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 Vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 21 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ One dog allowed under 25 pounds. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed inside the dumpster or the trash chute on your floor. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.


Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Quiet area, super clean condo. Well-kept facilities and close to restaurants. There’s so much to see and do in SPI! Excellent communication with the owners. The beds are comfortable, the pool is clean, and the condo’s hot tub area is great. Definitely we are coming back!

This felt like a home right off the beach. The view is perfect and the outdoor balcony space is unreal! We spent more time outside than inside. The condo was super clean and cozy and had all the amenities that we wanted. It was well stocked with everything we needed. My pug was in heaven! Great communication and service. Loved the decor, cleanliness & well stocked kitchen, as well as the easy access to the beach. Experience was dampened by the “cloudy-looking” sliding door—beautiful view was blocked. Beautiful place right on the beach. We had everything we needed, just like at home. Was beautiful to set outside in the evenings and watch the moon and listen to the ocean. This property was better than we expected. The pictures looked good but we all know that can be perspective. The rental had plenty of room. It was clean. Sounds silly but i was excited about the icemaker in the fridge. Awesome appliances with a normal and Keurig coffee maker with refills. Huge balcony with a spectacular view. Great beach access. The hosts were very responsive. Had a small assortment of beach chairs that was a surprise. We had 0 issues. We have stayed on the island numerous times before. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great location!

We’ve stayed at several condos at Inverness and this was one of the nicer ones. Clean, comfy beds, new appliances and the fridge has an ice maker too! I appreciated the pleather couches as they were comfy and you know they are clean. Hosts were great communicators and quick to respond. Love that they are pet friendly so my dog could come along. Can’t beat the ocean views either! Had a great stay!!!

We were very happy overall. Great location, great view of the gulf. Nicely furnished, huge patio. We walked almost everywhere. Used the free shuttle which was easy and convenient. Checking in was a mess. The door wouldn't open, code didn't work. No one on site to help. Day 2 the shower broke. But, was fixed right away.

The place was very clean. We loved cooking in the kitchen. Well maintained condo. The view and the balcony were amazing. We loved the pool and they had boogie boards our kids enjoyed. They had never done that before. We loved every minute of our stay.
