Beautifully Remodeled Condo with 1st Floor Access Steps Away from Beach

Enjoy a fully remodeled 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo just steps away from the beach with first floor access. This condo can accommodate a group of up to 8 comfortably with an open floor plan perfect for gatherings with family and friends.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two double beds with flat-screen television, ceiling fan and access to the covered patio.

The patio overlooks a beautifully landscaped courtyard which is steps away from the heated pool and a short stroll the to the property’s gated beach access. Additionally, the Tiki property has several BBQ grilling areas with picnic tables for guest use.

The two full bathrooms are remodeled, and both have walk-in showers and granite countertops. The living room features a recliner, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and sleeper sofa. The living room also has a sliding glass door and allows access to the tiled patio.

The remodeled kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and a large granite countertop island with seating for six. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and Keurig coffee machine.

The condo is equipped with WIFI and cable television. The Tiki has on-site coin laundry.

The Tiki beachfront property on South Padre Island is truly a tropical paradise offering miles of beautiful white stand beaches. Come, relax and enjoy!

The Tiki property is conveniently located near attractions for families and night life for adults. The Tiki is across the street from the Sea Turtle Wild Refuge Center and adjacent to the renowned Clayton’s Beach Bar and Grill with live music and weekend fireworks displays during the summer months.

Experience, apartment, and the place 10/10

The condo is very well located. The attention and service from the office were excellent, as were the maintenance and security staff, always friendly and very respectful. And what can I say about the apartment? It's simply spectacular: the decor, the cleanliness, the very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything exceeded my expectations. This was the first time I used this service to stay with my family, and I loved it. I give it a 10/10 for everything. The beach is incredible, as are the restaurants and shops literally right next to the property. Highly recommended!

We stay at The Tiki every summer and this might have been our most comfortable stay! The condo was exactly as described, and beautiful!!! Communication with Jason was great he was super quick and responsive. Definitely be staying here again!

The PERFECT stay!

This newly renovated condominium is everything you imagined and more. It is so very accommodating to everyone. The thoughtfulness of everything placed in this condo is so well thought out. As a family of 7 it was greatly appreciated. Absolutely stunning condo in a perfect beachfront location! The moment we stepped inside, we knew we were in for a treat. The condo was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The porch was quite peaceful and close enough to hear the waves. The condo's amenities, including a private pool that was very relaxing, surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The owners were friendly and responsive, making sure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise! 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give it 10 stars if we could!
