The Space:
This will be the perfect beach escape where you can unwind, recharge, work, relax or revitalize your soul. You’ll be situated right in front of the pool, and a short walk to the beach! You’ll have a big patio to sit and relax while enjoying a peak of the deep blue ocean and surrounding gardens. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, enjoying al fresco dining or a glass of wine at sunset, this quickly becomes the favorite spot in the house!

As you enter, you’ll be greeted by an inviting living space with wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that let in a lot of light. Decorated with a modern flair, the interior exudes a stylish, beach-inspired atmosphere, curated to make you feel like you're living in a dreamy beachscape. The living room has a cozy sofa and a large flatscreen Smart TV with cable. It's perfect for relaxing moments at home with your favorite shows or watching a movie together after a fun day of seaside adventure.

The condo is equipped with modern amenities for the utmost in comfort, including air conditioning, high-speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including extras like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher! There’s also a convenient breakfast bar for a quick snack or coffee or to work on your laptop if needed.


When it’s time to rest and retire for the night, there are bedrooms, both with Smart TVs. Bedroom 1 features a plush king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, with the second full bathroom just across the hall.

Additional highlights include WiFi for streaming TV services or working on your laptop, a washer and dryer and ironing equipment, linens, fresh towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the common areas and amenities at the complex.

The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
- This property is not pet-friendly.

Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
