Welcome to your cozy home away from home! As you step infront of the house, you'll be greeted by a sleek black composite security door, ensuring your peace of mind. To your immediate right as you enter the house, you'll find a convenient guest restroom.

The heart of this lovely space is the open-plan living room, complete with a breakfast bar and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll have all the essentials at your fingertips, including a microwave, fridge freezer, gas cooker, double oven, washing machine, kettle, pots, plates, and cutlery. The living room boasts a fantastic 55-inch flat screen TV integrated into the media wall. What's more, the inbuilt ceiling speakers can easily connect to both the TV and your personal devices, providing a perfect setup for entertainment.

Step outside to the spacious garden, where you'll discover security-sensored lights, a kids' slide, and a barbecue grill for those who enjoy grilling and outdoor fun.

As you make your way upstairs, you'll find a family bath and three well-appointed rooms. There are two charming double rooms and one single room that can also double as a convenient home office.
