Adjacent to the kitchen is the charming dining room, warmed by another wood-burning stove, creating the ideal ambiance for shared meals and laughter. The light-filled sunroom offers a tranquil space to relax and unwind while overlooking the garden, which is perfect for outdoor fun or quiet moments of reflection.

The ground floor also includes a twin bedroom (two single beds), ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink for added convenience.



The upper floor boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The luxurious master bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed, while two other rooms offer comfortable king-size beds. A delightful single bedroom also includes a crib, making it ideal for younger guests. The family bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, and sink, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.



In the cooler months, a basket of logs and kindling will be waiting for you to create a warm and inviting atmosphere around the wood-burning stoves. Whitley also welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs.

Whitley Farm is set within beautiful private gardens of just under 1 acre, complete with pond, in a secluded position near the southern boundary of Exmoor National Park. The property enjoys moorland views and the opportunity for walks from the doorstep are many. The nearby pub, The London Inn, is in the village of Molland which is just over a mile away. The market town of South Molton is a short drive and explore a range of independent shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes, along with twice weekly market selling local goods and fresh produce.
